We moved to Stow 5 months ago from California. There are so many wonderful authentic sushi and Asian restaurants/takeouts and we were afraid we would not find the same in our area. Phoenix Express can definitely give California a run for its money! The food is fresh, healthy, delicious and the selection is ample. Had a great lunch today at Phoenix Express! My sushi was delish and so fresh. I tried something new – the Ben and Jerry roll and highly recommend it. I also got my old reliable of a Philadelphia roll which is always perfect. They also have these new boxes that make takeaway a breeze when you order more than you can eat if you dine in.

I came from California to visit Kent State University and heard that this sushi restaurant, Hibachi, is delicious, and this chicken fried rice is really fragrant. Their sushi tastes exactly the same as the restaurant in Beverly Hills, CA, and it’s all professional. Normally you would have to go to New York for sushi this quality. Bought the Omakase for 60$ and it was worth every penny. Fans of toro will also love the bluefin tuna set. Absolutely amazing and a steal for those quality cuts!

The only items to order from here is the sushi rolls and the sashimi. Don’t go with the hibachi items or the Chinese food items… They aren’t good at all but the sushi and sashimi is top grade!!!!!
