The food here is always amazing. The portions are large so be ready to take a lot of food home. Worth it though. If you are looking forward to the dim sum carts make sure you check the times. Awesome service.

Our meal was really good. The roast pork fried rice was excellent. The fried dumplings were ok but not awesome. They could have used a delicious sauce to dip them in. The shrimp in garlic sauce and chicken and vegetables were very good. I was disappointed that it wasn’t a Coke establishment since I love Coke with Chinese food.

Food was good. I’m picky so didn’t order alot. I use to go to dobson and Warner next my home for years after seeing bugs I stopped and got closed. Wish they had bone broth soul healing food like Mr momoaz but was a fun experience.

Definitely a very large dining room inside that you cannot really see from the outside. We were here on a Saturday afternoon and were surprised to be seated right away as we often see an overflow of customers waiting outside the doors. They have your typical dim sum fare at decent prices. Three women were pushing the carts around to the tables. We were serviced quickly and were able to find all of the items that we wanted. The quality was good and tasted delicious just like what you would expect for a restaurant like this. Additional items can be ordered from the kitchen. I will have to come back to try their dinner menu. Definitely one of the best dim sum restaurants in the Phoenix area.

1st time at Phoenix Palace was good, and the service was very good. The carts were around, and I never had to wait on a cart. Although I love Great Wall but Palace seems to have more dim sum

Do not recommend anymore . They were doing so good until the duck came on to our table. Is greasy, is clod, it has the gross taste that it has been left over for more than a day. Is just like I’m eating a piece of insole that has been soaked in engine oil for a month! Some of the meet has been so dry that is like a jerky. Asked the server if we can get a replacement. Server response with a rude and inpatient tone saying that their is nothing I can do. It was my top 1 dim sum place until today! Not going to be back!

This is the best place for dim sum in the valley. Their dinner’s are second to none. Been going there for several years now and won’t settle for your run of the mill Chinese restaurants. Their food is amazing and their portions are very generous. They may be more expensive. To me they’re well worth it

Very good dim sum. Carts come around with offerings. Priced by category but the carts don’t say how much or which category they are. They charge you $1 if you dine alone. Busy but seated quickly.

A dim sum restaurant. It’s good to have many dishes at the same time because the amount of each dish is not much. The staff is friendly as well. Somehow, their menu is lack of pictures and they were in hurry to ask you what you want and this gave customer a little bit of pressure. Anyway, it’s not an expensive place to have meal and the quality is above the average.
