Really enjoyed our take-out dinner tonight. We placed our order online and the food was ready about 15 minutes later. I got the traditional Pho, the broth was excellent. Take out is never the ideal medium for pho but unfortunately what we had to do tonight. However, the broth, base, toppings and sauces were packaged separately for easy assembly at home. I also really enjoyed the steamed house dumplings, delicious. The real surprise was the Cadillac Mountain pad Thai, never tasted anything like it! Great fusion of flavors. Would recommend bringing your own reusable bag when picking up, helped us carry our very full bag and the sweet hand written note!

They don’t have the poison sauce sorachi out where u can just put in your pho I had to keep asking her to bring me chicken pho is good and the egg rolls pho would have been better if I could have put enough sauce in it .

DELICIOUS food, great service and yummy custom drinks. Jen (aka Merlin) the bartender made me a lychee cocktail that was to die for! Dory our server was sweet and efficient and both were amazingly attentive and pleasant to chat with. Will definitely be back!

Went in to place my order and was instantly greeted by Bella, and Jen, both took care of me. Ordered my grilled chicken over rice w/ eggs and was excellent. Even went as far as to write an appreciation note left on my bag. Had a great time speaking with both until my food was ready. Looking forward to going back and trying a different dish, can’t wait!!

Quality Pho close to Rock Rowe. Usually get the beef or chicken pho but was craving for veggies once in my life so took a chance and ordered veggie and tofu Pho in beef broth. Best decision of the day! Bowl was full of nourishing veggies and broth was perfect. I devoured it in minutes and had some left for seconds later.

I had been getting pho ga regularly at a Vietnamese restaurant in Biddeford. I’ve tried pho at a dozen places in the area and this one was my all time favorite. My workplace moved to Westbrook and I was excited to see there was a pho restaurant very close by. I ordered pho ga within my first week here. I won’t be back. The pho broth was almost clear and completely flavorless. Even with the complement of bean sprouts and basil, and adding in sriracha and hoisin, this pho really missed the mark. I knew as soon as I took it out of the package and could see through the broth that I was going to be disappointed. There are better pho places within 2 miles of here. I wish this one were better – I really do – I’d be a regular diner here if so due to proximity.

Authentic Pho and scratch cooking is hard to come by because of the time and effort involved. This Pho is the real deal and though it speaks for itself in quality and flavor, the service and hospitality were also amazing.
