I came here with my parents on Monday, July 4th at 11:12 AM and was seated right away. It was empty considering it was the holiday. They have two entrances, the one inside the mall, and the one outside towards the back of the restaurant. The restaurant looks clean and I liked that they had the plastic covering on top of the table. My father was fascinated by the aquarium tank and insisted I take photos of it. They had different layouts of the menu: the big blue book, the mini menu for take out, and the hand sized one where you flip from the back and front. We ordered 2 shrimp summer rolls (Goi Cuon Tom) ($11, so $5.50 each) and they tasted just as they should. Our waiter, John, was very friendly with us and was nice enough to give us two more peanut sauces. He says he’s new to the place and was very respectful. Our waitress was also very kind. We ordered a large hot tea ($5.50) and my parents enjoyed it. We ordered Vietnamese crab noodles (Bun Rieu Cua; $12.75) and it tasted refreshing. I ordered a deluxe pho (Pho Thuong Hang for $17.99). At first, it wasn’t what I wanted because I wanted fish balls instead of the brisket but I ended up enjoying it so it turned out great! The deluxe pho consisted of beef noodle soup topped with eye round steak, well done brisket, crunchy flank, beef balls, and steamed jumbo shrimp. We ordered #34, charbroiled pork hoagie ($8.50) which is banh mi thit nuong to go and it tasted well. Everything went well and I decided to use the restroom considering we were the only ones there and they had just opened. Boy, was I wrong for doing so. Aside from the cleanliness of the restaurant, the restroom was a different story. I wish I had never gone in. It was absolutely atrocious, disgusting, and dirty. All in all, the bathroom was a bad ending to it but the restaurant itself is a 5/5.

Aw man, where to begin… The service is on par with a gas station and the food tastes like it cooked there. Even the drinks were bad. I can’t possibly see why this place is still open but I can see why it was so empty.

The food was great. We ordered brisket pho, and it did not disappoint. The restroom was clean. Our server was attentive. Our food came out right away. I’m surprised by the bad reviews. We had an excellent experience here.

I like going to this restaurant when I am shopping in King of Prussia Mall and want something light and good to eat, like their soups. Their soups are delicious, especially the shrimp soup with rice noodles. However, the server needs to improve because lately, they have people that cannot take your order right. They used to have a cool guy working there, Felipe, and he was always on point every time I go there and order.

Barely busy for a late Saturday afternoon( everywhere was jam packed with customers, hence why we decided to come here) Wait was long, took about 15 mins to get our menu and another 15 mins just for water. Our waiter lacked hospitality and was hostile. Food was oily and lacked flavor. Bathroom seemed like it was barely tended to. It was our first time and unfortunately will be our last.

This place is horrible it taste like the broth was made from sink water and dirty socks… we have had Pho from other places that were great … this place was a huge disappointment from the food to the grumpy old man sliding his feet across the floor cause his shoes were too big. Oh and the Johnny rockets decor… should have just stayed a burger place
