Run if you are getting the Strawberry Milk Tea with Boba. I have been to many places for Boba and by far this has been the worst. The tea tastes like water and the drink was pretty warm even with them added milk. Customer service was horrible they didn’t want to replace the drink or give a refund. RUN…..

I used to frequent this resturant for pho until about 4 years ago, around that time they switched the chicken they used in their pho to one of a much lower quality (I would compare it to the frozen grilled chicken strips you could get at the grocery store). This caused me to stop coming. I happened to be in the area today and decided I would try their beef pho for the first time, the service was poor, and the very young girl taking our order was too soft spoken for me to hear. When I got my soup they had placed none of the toppings that typically go on the side in a separate container, and had instead put a large amount of Thai basil and bean sprouts into the soup themselves. If this was takeout everything would have been soggy, and I had to pick half of the Thai basil out before it was to my taste.

Worst experience ever. Asked for Boba Tea but taste like juice instead and when i asked (after spending $30 there) if they could remake a chai tea that wasn’t good the woman was very rude and refuse to remake it. One thing to say no but another to be rude about it.

The broth barely tasted of anything, the beef was hard to chew and didn’t taste good as well. Overall a disappointment. I strongly recommend City Pho and Grill in Maitland instead. I’ve ate there 6 times now and so far no pho place even compares in the area. For any pho lovers, vietnomz in winter park is also pretty great!

I ordered my drink and the girl looked like she was 12. I stepped off to the side and waited and no one else was waiting near the counter. After like 2 minutes the girl brought over a drink to the counter said something quietly and pushed the drink forward. I grabbed it and walked away. Then realized it wasn’t my drink. I brought it over and a guy asked if it was his I said must be I’m sorry she gave it to me. I then told the older lady the situation and how the girl handed me the drink and it wasn’t mine and she said well she told you the flavor twice and you still took it. I said I’m sorry I didn’t hear her and she said I HAD TO PAY FOR IT. I said but it was a mistake and the lady said well I can’t make another one. You need to pay for that one. VERY bad business. I paid for it, apologized to the guy who was waiting and left but I am not going here again. No customer service here.
