The chicken with rice soup tasted like they added rice to the boiling chicken and called it a day. It didn’t come with crackers but it was disgusting anyways. My egg rolls were super hard and barely had any shrimp PIECES in it. Second time here. Second time disappointed.

Rudest customer service I have ever encountered in my entire life. I have been trying since 4:30 p.m. to order a quart of hot and sour soup and white rice, and have physically walked into the building three times, because I was placed on hold for over ten minutes twice, to be blatantly ignored, not even acknowledged. Worst service ever. And the lady working behind the counter needs to worry about fixing her attitude, not her over-plucked eyebrows.

I’m not sure how this place has 3.3 stars but it deserves 10 out of 5. The young man that answers the phone and delivers the food is very well spoken and explains all the meals perfectly. He delivered in a timely manner the food was hot just like it came out with a waitress. It was all spot on and worth every penny. I’ve tried lots of other Chinese spots and nothing hits like Phone May House. Quality food and Quality Customer Service. Thank you. Sorry I ate the food before I remembered to take a picture of it.

I ordered a traditional chinese dish that turned out to be very non-traditional (no vegetables were included, when almost all other restaurants included them). I also had to ask them for utensils. I understand that they are trying to save money, but it shouldn’t be at the expense of quality…. The price wasn’t cheap either.

We ordered quite a bit of food – 4 dinners, an appetizer, soup and a side. The man that took the order was extremely polite and we were given a total before we hung up. The food was ready on time & was very hot even after getting it home. The food has great – no hint of overpowering flavor or salt. It was much like a sit down resteraunt. We’ll definitely be ordering from them again.

The food and service are excellent here. It is truly authentic tasting dishes and the portions are more than one person can eat. Five different family members placed orders for a 6:00 pickup and everything was delicious and prepared as requested.

The only positive is the food was ready when I arrived and the person who gave it to me was polite. The wonton soup was the worst I’ve ever had. The egg roll always comes out of a freezer so its hard to mess that up. I was staying at a hotel and had to ask the front desk for plastic wear, and napkins, none was provided. There was 1 packet of soy, I packet of mustard and 1 packet of duck sauce which was highly disappointing because the platter lacked flavor badly. The rice was cooked well. The only way the meal could have been worse is if I tried to cook it myself, which is why I ordered out.
