Service was excellent! It felt like such a personalized experience like we were the only ones in there. The food was on point and on a hot day you wouldn’t normally think “I could go for hot soup” but it was perfect. I highly recommend the p23 and p25 it was savory, and they were able to add fresh chili peppers as well as jalapeños which is harder to find than you’d think!

This place changed ownership and really stepped their game up. Restaurant has been completely remodeled and is bright and clean. I ordered a fresh roll and tofu pho. Roll was fresh and came with a tasty peanut sauce. The Tofu/veggie pho was huge and tasted wonderful. Make sure to ask for chili oil as it isn’t on the tables. I’ll be back for sure.

Decent pho, it was okay. Was my first time and prob only time there. The phonomenal special that was 17 bucks was not too different in size or taste than the large brisket steak and beef balls pho that I think was like 13 bucks? (One on the right in the photo is the special) Interesting tasting broth that didnt really taste like pho tbh. Service was very slow, I saw a lot of people waiting a long time, and also a person that just left because they got tired of waiting. Would have been nice if someone at least came and checked on people to kinda let them know that it will be a gew more moments. Also got orders wrong and they kept bringing food that we never ordered. Nice atmosphere but the taste and service were not up to par from my personal experiences.

We been coming to this place when it was Pho Dinh before. We came back today for their opening. The pho has always been the same! So delicious and the new place is beautiful. Customer service is warm and welcoming, me and my husband are so happy to get to eat their House Special pho. Recommend coming here! Cheers to more success for PHOnomenal!❤️

This place is such a win for me. The old pho place closed and I was so sad, but this newly renovated place might be better than the old place that closed! If you are looking for friendly staff, a clean and relaxing atmosphere and a darn good bowl of pho, or perfectly cooked teriyaki, look no further!

Got a bowl of tendon pho. Broth was excellent. Spoke with the chef, 2 days of boiling the bones to extract the flavor in the marrow. None of that chicken/beef stock bs. If you want authentic, better yet; delicious flavors, you know the spot.
