I’ve been wanting to try this place forever since I learned that the owner had been responsible for creating the dishes for Dan Modern Chinese (formerly ROC), which I still love to this day.

Visiting this pho restaurant during dinner. The people are friendly and the IMPERIAL ROLL is crispy and tasty. The soup of WASHUGYU BEEF Pho is quite special and different from the flavors in Taiwan. I like the Birria pho, which is a little spicy. I suggest to order the spicy birria pho and add RARE WASHUGYU BEEF and meatballs. However, the eggplant tofu are terrible. Maybe it’s because the eggplant itself instead of the cooking technique which make the eggplants taste like plastic.

Atmosphere and service here were pretty good, but the food was pretty mid. We got 4 different dishes and everything was just a bit off in flavor. The bok choy was too salty/tasted like it had too much oyster sauce. The spring roll wrappers were a bit hard and ratios were off. And the pho broth didn’t taste like what you would normally expect at a good pho restaurant. Just a bit too salty and not floral enough. Thai tea was good.

Hands down some of the best viet dishes in the area. Each dish made fresh to perfection. The spiced curry waffle fries are bomblicious.

Hip pho spot with jazzed up soup options. Came here for dinner with a friend on a Sunday evening around 7 since it was needed after the rainy weather. It’s a small place, with the dining area caution taped off. Small free parking lot. Most people who went in seemed to opt for pick up. Single occupant restroom available in the back. Credit cards accepted. No outdoor dining. Note that if you check in on Yelp, you can get a free Thai iced tea.

I’ve been here a couple times and will continue to partake in homely style Vietnamese. The quality of everything is a notch above the rest. While everything comes out fresh, I have to say their Pho lacks flavor, compared to rivals. It’s unfortunate because it’s just so fresh and beautiful. I do applaud their to-go containers. Simply the best I’ve ever seen. Continues to keep everything fresh even after Door-Dash delays your order beyond recognition.

Had the washugyu beef pho. Service was fast and friendly. The little dish of pho toppings was super fresh. The soup itself was on the plainer side, but still quite good once I added in the basil and lime. Good quantity of noodles and meat.

Small, not crowded place on a Friday night. Most business seems to be take out.

I decided to try this place out and they are currently only doing to-go orders. I ended up getting their Jidori Chicken Broken Rice Bowl, Pho Birria de Res, and a Thai Tea Boba.
