Tried this place for the first time and it was great! I was particularly impressed by the salmon, which was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. I got the regular size basil pesto pasta with penne and added salmon, and I also got the parmesan piada stick. The student deal meant that I got the entree for $8, and my total meal was under $12 with tax.

Definitely enjoyed our very first visit! The food was great, the staff was awesome, and the restroom was amazingly clean. Yes, that matters too! My daughter and I loved every bite. She built a pasta bowl and I kept it simple, but what we both ordered taste amazing. Every staff member was fun to talk to and they helped us through our first experience. Look forward to going again! Great first time!

I really enjoyed my Carbonara bowl! I never had fast casual Italian food and I think this is a great affordable option in Charlotte. I mixed some diavolo sauce which ended up being the perfect mix. The hint of spicyness with the cheese carbonara sauce was just what I needed. I would definitely come back again, I really want to try the Piada. The staff was extremely friendly and let me try the sauces before I picked my meal, the vegetables for the salad looked also super fresh. I am sure the salad bowls are great too.

The salads here are amazing and they toss them fresh right in front of you. Huge selection of proteins freshly made. The whole staff is knowledgeable and welcoming. Chef Sheree is amazing and always makes my Farmer’s Market salad with Crispy Chicken just how I like it. It’s fast too! I only get an hour for lunch including the 10 minutes each way it takes to drive here but it’s ready quickly and always delicious!

Went here on a whim because of a Bank of America cash back deal. I had never been nor had heard of this place. My family and I ordered the Cesar Salad with breaded chicken, Spicy Diavolo Pasta with grilled chicken, and Pesto Pasta with salmon, and a Garlic Dough. All of the food was a solid ok. The pesto and garlic dough were massively over salty. The salad and Diavolo we’re nice but pasta was not spicy in the slightest, but that is fairly standard in the US. The place was kind of dirty considering they were not busy, and they didn’t have any utensils out for customers, the holders were empty. They did provide when asked though. Also, the sanitation score was the lowest I have personally seen with at 92.5%, and I could see a few reasons why. No hairnets even though all employees were working around open food containers, several employees touched their face/hair/clothes and then handled food, and I did not see anyone change their gloves during the 35 minutes I was in the restaurant. Overall, it was meh. I’ve checked it off my Cashback rewards list and won’t be returning. Better luck next time I guess.

Neat experience. Order at the counter, pick a meal and add your choices to customize your meal. Pasta dishes were good. I had the pesto sauce with penne. The pasta was very al-dente. Sheree was great and very knowledgeable about the meals. Quick service a good value for the price. We will try it again.

Welcome to Piada ” soon as we opened the door from the friendly staff that was working the front line. Ray, the chef, explains the concept of business and different ways you can order. She gave me her favorite go-to options. I decided to go with one of her suggestions and order the carbonara pasta. Everyone played their part in creating my dish. One person heated the sauce and the toppings together, another person at the protein. They even had fresh grated parmesan to add to complete a delicious meal. Love it! Big fan of cheese. I also loved that everyone had on the same type of neated uniform. I really enjoyed the Piada pepperoni sticks it paired good with the creamy parmesan sauce.

Phenomenal Italian food! We loved our Piada sandwiches. I had the avocado Piada sandwich, basically a wrap with vegetables, avo, bacon, arugula, roasted corn and a yummy sauce-which I added homemade meatballs to make it extra yummy!! My husband had a make your own–sausages, pesto, mozzarella cheese, broccoli, and bacon. He liked his for extra tasty! The pepperoni sticks were incredible!! The blackberry lemonade was amazing! They also have bowls and salads you can customize to your own tastes. Excellent menu!!
