Oh my gosh this Piada is so amazing!! I came a couple minutes before close(sorry!!) It was the best pasta I’ve had in a while. It was so different seeing my pasta tossed vs just thrown into a bowl. Thanks for making my night 🙂

Quality has gone way down in the past few months. No care is given to the food, and the place is very dirty. They also seem understaffed as everyone is always rushing and throwing things together. I used to come here a lot, but I don’t think I will anymore unless there’s a BIG change in management style.

Staff was nice but the restaurant was very dirty. The food has been better from this location but overall, it wasn’t bad except the Piada sticks were surprisingly kind of gross. We’ve never had this happen before, either. The outside tables and the drink station were in desperate need of cleaning. Even the swinging door into the kitchen has a ton of dirt on it and could really use some attention. We tried to leave feedback from our receipt and even called corporate but no one contacted us about our first bad experience here at Perimeter drive. I thought someone would want to know that the place seems to have degraded a bit since it has opened. Might be better for carryout until they get this sorted out…

Normally a fan of Piada, but tonight that may have changed. Typically I receive great service with the food that I expect. When I ordered today there was an employee who was supposed to greet us and take our orders. He didn’t great us and only had to ask three times what we wanted to eat. He also is the person who is going to package the pepperoni sticks. Instead of folding the pepperoni sticks this employee manhandled them almost tearing them to shreds. When I get home my pepperoni sticks are deformed to the max… I feel like the management at the Perimeter location has gone down hill severely over the past few months and they need a switch up!!!
