It says the host was Marquez and let me tell you I don’t think that Piada even screens the employees this guy was the worst customer service non friendly person I ever encountered at any Piada it was like pulling teeth to get him to do his job absolutely no motivation! the salads were the smallest I’ve ever seen very inconsistent even with the two he made back to back. My wife asked for extra crispy calamari and he never even turned around to relay the message to the cook. He does not belong in the front line assisting customer with his blank stares and rude personality I will never come back to this location! I paid $31.00 and both bowls had brown avocados in them do they not keep better avocados in the back?? I feel like I should get a refund, I should not still be hungry paying $31.00 with brown avocados!

This is my favorite Piada location! The employees are always friendly and willing to help me try out new things! I normally go for the BLT piada with salmon it is always cooked correctly which is hard to come by in some resturants. I also got a side of calamari that was made super fresh and they even overfilled it which was awesome! This is a great Piada Location!

It was my first time here earlier today! So many options but the staff was really welcoming and patient with me during ordering. It’s like chipotle but way higher quality and healthier. I got a burrito thing with pasta! It was delicious. Got calamari as well so good! Atmosphere was really relaxed! 5/5 definitely coming back

I usually love piada and this location is my go to always. But today unfortunately I had the worst costumer service ever. Usually when getting a regular sized salad they fill it completely up and this time it was a little over half. I asked for extra dressing and got less than the regular amount of dressing. I asked for a sunset Fresca and my server walked away and someone else had to come help me. Once I got cashed out and was waiting for my sunset Fresca and piada stick the person that made my salad came back up and asked why I was still there and what I was waiting for. I usually let things go but this is just absolutely terrible costumer service.

Placed order online at approx 2:40 pm for a 3 pm pickup time. I picked up at 3:02 pm. I ordered the Carbonara Pasta with salmon, regular size. A tad light on the sauce. It was not hot, just barely warm by the time I got home 5 minutes later which tells me they had it done a bit before 3 pm. Other than exceptions noted, it was very good.

I come to this Piada location regularly. Each time I come in, the staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about their food. They really care about their customers’ experiences and it shows. Recently they’ve added a new Mango Sunburst drink with boba and it is delicious!
