AVOID THIS PLACE.. I went with my family 7 people.. and the services were terrible…. I requested Basil besto pasta with chicken.. and my paste came without the pesto and not the portion I requested. Also, some of the Piada was so bad. The served and cashier were totally lost with everything.. and the restroom is horrible dirty… I NEVER WILL COME BACK…

I’ve know about this place for a few years now. I don’t think I was very interested in trying it, about I have a colleague that tried it before and expressed how much she enjoyed it. Fast forward to a few years later, I’m certainly making different decisions about how I eat and I’m trying to incorporate more vegetables and my meals. It’s particular day I was out and about quite a long time and my husband reminded me of this place and wanted to know why we never tried it. I reminded him that our pallet was a lot different a few years ago and that we weren’t really checking for this place. I went ahead and signed up for text alerts, and doing so I was given a discount code so what better time to cash in than now. So many things to choose from, we started with the lobster bisque though I forgot to remove the lid, it was very rich,grass-fed beef meatballs, they were very tasty, we also had the fried calamari, they were a little soggy by the time we made it home but we just tossed it in the air fryer and that gave it life, partnered with a nice marinara sauce. I customize my piada, which is an Italian flatbread, I filled mines with all types of veggies, along with chicken, and basil pesto. My awesome husband also had deluxe Caesar salad and he actually had it without chicken. Everything was delicious I must admit and not too expensive of course with the coupon code. On this journey I can see myself returning and even sitting down inside as it is very spacious and enjoying my meal hot off the presses.

I want to start by saying me and my fiance come here about once a month before work. Nornally the food is great! Service is friendly. Today was a total let down. Place was extremely dirty. Dirty dishes were everywhere alot of the dirty dishes were sitting on the food counter. When we ordered our food the man put it directly into the bowl. I asked why it wasn’t being cooked in the pan like normal. They kinda got smart and asked me “well do you want it cooked like that” I told them I want it how it normally come because normally its so good. We went to sit down and there was zero yes zero tables clean. We sat directly next to another couple at your high top table. We got out breadsticks at the end of our meal. Over all terrible and we will be taking a break for awhile from here, I hope they go back to how it used to be. Added last picture of employees taking turns sitting on the ground.

Piada has quickly become one of my favorites! I love the many options there are for different ingredient options, but, have found my favorite in the carbonara with grilled chicken. The combination of penne pasta with alfredo and tomatoes, fresh spinach, bacon, grilled chicken and parmesan cheese is perfect! The restaurant is always very clean and the ingredients fresh. You can’t go wrong here!!
