Food is underwhelming. First and last time here. I agree with other reviewers, for a 15$ “sandwich” this was not good. Says “roasted chicken” on menu and come with 4 slices of oscar mayer style sliced lunch meat..come on guys.. dry sandwiches, no sauce, aioli, even olive oil or vinegar or something.. ! Flavorless!!! We were excited and expected much more.. Dont waste your time and money. Had 6+ employees working a dead restaurant. Young lady at cashier was very nice and sandwich maker nice as well. To the trash it goes.

The $16 sandwich I ordered came nothing as described. There was literally one piece of avocado on it and the employees and managers argued with me (9months pregnant btw) and my husband ab it!! The hot sauce is not creamy and tasted like Tabasco! The brisket and steak tasted and looked identical we could barely tell which sandwich was which. Will make sure to avoid this place at all costs in the future.

This food is amazing but they ask for a tip and then don’t even bring over your food to you. I will continue to come here because I love their food but I won’t be tipping anymore if they can’t walk 10 ft to bring my food. They used to and now they don’t.

This place has the best Italian sandwiches! If you like spicy, make sure to get a sandwich with their signature hot sauce. It’s very delicious and definitely delivers the heat. The Italian chopped salad is also a great addition to any order. I also really enjoyed the cappuccino.

The piadina is very far from the one we eat in Italy. We are in the US so it’s understandable. What is not understandable is why the ingredients are so scarce, lots of rucola and that’s it, cheese invisible, it was supposed to have mozzarella but could not find it. Considering the quality, the price is very expensive. Artificial ingredients, not healthy as it should be, and it tastes like cardboard. They provided literally just one drop of oil (a cheap one of course). Staff is rude. Not coming back. Good luck!

Love coming here for their sandwiches. My favorite is the California (as pictured). I think the biggest selling point for the sandwiches is the flat bread. It’s made to order everyone. The crust is crispy and chewy. It’s very very good! There are also many other options to choose. I recommend this place to anyone who enjoys a good sandwich or two.
