This place is a far cry from what it was in the Rancho Cucamonga location. They messed up my pizza and refused to fix it or give me my money back when I told them it was wrong. The new manager is terrible as she told me since that’s what they had me down for there is nothing they can do even though nobody in my house can eat sausage. Was going there almost weekly for 3+ years and will never go again and will tell everyone who will listen this place sucks now and I hope they actually get someone with good customer service skills.

I use to come here all the time when I lived down the street. I use to get the garlic parmesans dressing on my pizza. In fact that was the only way I use to order my pizzas …. When I went on Monday 4/24/23, the lady told me they have never done this as if I had lied and made this up and questioned who allowed me to do this. I offered to pay if it was extra. She let me know I had to get a stuffed crust pizza to do that and said she would do it for this one time but when my son went to pick up the pizza no garlic dressing with parmesan. The pizza wasn’t the same. Here’s our left over pizza. I went from getting pizzas since 2018 until now. The pizza use to taste so good where we would eat the entire pizza. The service has changed and so has the quality in the food.

I’m upset with the lady that was working in the back Tuesday at 4:30. When I came into the store to pick up my 2 pizzas, I was standing to be assisted, but the lady didn’t care to notice me and ignored. She was too busy talking to the guy that was taking out the pizzas. When she finally decided to “assist” me, instead of asking what my order was she just handed me one pizza box when I ordered 2. She was handing me somebody else’s order that wasn’t mine. I called out on her of her careless mistake and instead of apologizing she just handed me my 2 pizzas boxes claiming she thought it was my order. I told her that she never asked me what my order was and just handed me someone else’s random order, all because she was too busy talking to the guy.

I usually call ahead to place an order. Its strictly take out no dining in. The pizza crust is very fluffy and light. I can tell a slight difference in the sauce not sure if they changed something.
