My mom ordered 2 large stuff crust pizzas pepperoni on the phone before hanging up she asked for the total in the form of a Question How much is the total? Over the phone said it was 22 .and some change. I get their and it’s 30 Dollars and some change. My mom sent me to pick up the pizzas with 25 dollars thinking she was going to get change . The person over the phone gave her the total of 22 and change I get their to find out it’s 30 dollars . Then when I pay gives me a menu with prices. People do ask how much the total is before passing the maximum limit a house can afford. Or maybe ask for the price too BRING EXACT CHANGE. (IN MY CASE) totally embarrassing to find out it was more money .

Every time I have attempted to buy a Pizza here…. No Pizza, what is the point of Fresh and Ready if the pizza is neither fresh nor ready. I like Piarra but I will never return to this location again. The service is neither friendly or rapid. A bit advice for the owner, time to fire your lazy employees and hire some competent staff.

I always get good service when i go in. It was the service i got over the phone when i called that my order wasn’t right. That is what made me not want to return back. To be told that i was Lying about the my order being wrong even when i had the receipt to prove it. She needs more training on customers can be right!!
