The wood fire pizzas are really delicious. They have authentic Italian pizza taste. The marinara sauce was tangy and made in house, the dough was crusty and crispy. I thought that the cheese lacked a bit of a punch compared to some other Italian places I went to. But I can recommend their pizzas easily. The lycheetini was delicious. Great summer cocktail. We sat outside and had a great view of the Pier and the skyline.

I took my mom to Piatto for her Birthday. She loves Italian food, isn’t too far from my home, close to the river and dog friendly. Service is good and makes my mom very happy. We start with Grilled Octopus, Crab Cake and fried Calamari & Zucchini. For the second course, we have Seafood risollto, Branzino Puttanesca, Linguini with Clams and Chicken Milanese. My mom loves that pasta and rice cook al dente. We choose to sit outside because we have our dog joining the party. Outside seating has a roof so even it was a bit drizzling, we sit there comfortably. I’m happy that they didn’t forget to give my mom a candle for her birthday cake (Tiramisu) I wish they have more dessert wine but at least I enjoy Prosecco.

My boyfriend took me here for my birthday dinner last night (01/13/23) and it was awesome! The food is so flavorful, I ordered the penne vodka with chicken and they were generous with the chicken. My boyfriend ordered the lasagna and it was packed with flavor and a great serving size. My margarita was perfect! The vibe of this place, the view from the bar, the service, everything truly was a 10/10. Can not wait to come here and try out their brunch menu.

Great view on this place, went there on Friday for my birthday and sat outside, our server Stephania was awesome recommending us the Blue Island cocktail which was dope! Then she suggested truffle pizza and did not disappoint at all!! I normally don’t leave reviews but she made sure we were all having a good time and got us the best dishes! Yumm!!
