If you are looking for a greasy deep dish pizza, this is not your place. However, if you are craving a brick oven pizza with – no exaggeration – vibrant ingredients in both color and flavor, this is a must. The crust has a great char to it, you can even watch the cooks make it before your eyes, and the service is friendly. Price is not a concern, you get great value. Each pizza is an individual sized and if you cant finish, its perfect for breakfast or lunch the next day.

This is a really delicious and authentic new pizza place here in Wichita. Our server and all the staff there seemed genuinely happy to be working and seemed like they were having a good time. The pizza was very authentic and SO delicious. The serving size was perfect. Wouod highly recommend for a place to.hang out and have conversations with a friend one on one, a place to meet with friends, or a place for a dinner date with a significant other.

Nice discovery. I tried 3 different pizzas, 2 salads, and a Nutella dessert during my stay in Wichita. All pretty good but not so much the next day as the pizza crust becomes really hard and chewy.

Ordered a Milano for pickup. While the pizza was very good, we thought it was a bit pricey. $19 for a small pizza, 4 slices. Also, I ordered pickup for 5:15, earliest available time according to the website. When I arrived at 5:15, my pizza was not ready and there were diners already eating. Also, the website showed open at 4 pm, but as previously mentioned, we could not order for pickup before 5:15. The hours on the patio door showed Wednesday-Sunday 5-9.
