This is the best pizza that I’ve had in PA (so far). I went with 2 basics: plain cheese and a pepperoni. They had a great crispy crust, which held the toppings together much better than other pizzas I’ve had in PA. I always say that PA pizza wants to be a NYC style pizza but always ends up too greasy with soggy crust; this was not my experience with Piatto’s pizza!

Not bad. Went here for a few slices and a drink. 1 person working there alone. A bit strange not to have any take out menus, it is 2023. 1 slice was good, the other was just ok. Nothing stood out at this place. Not bad, but nothing special.

This place feels like your friendly neighborhood pizza shop from childhood. The employees are friendly and cheerful, the food is delicious, and it’s all reasonably priced. Nice little laid back place, definitely recommend.

Wasnt expecting much, hoping for a pleasant surprise…. and that wasnt so. We got a pan pizza and bowl of spaghetti, the pizza was two crusts mashed together that seperated and created and uncooked doughy pocket. Im still so confused about that. I’ve never laughed so hard but, we threw 75% away as it was inedible.

How does a restaurant/business not have a website in 2022? When looking online they have a menu on allmenus.com with outdated prices. Items are literally twice as much Example: Onion rings 2.75 vs. 6.00. BBQ chicken pizza $11 vs $20. So after you place your order you only find out the prices when you go in and pick up your food. My receipt was hand written on ANOTHER BUSINESS’ NOTEPAD! The place looked dirty and so did their pans. I have no clue how they are still in business- especially after the pandemic. When I brought the price difference up, they didn’t apologize at all they said they didn’t want to pay to fix what was online. Their food was meh. Even if I didn’t feel mislead, I wouldn’t return. So many other good pizza places in West Chester. Don’t waste your money.

Tried to go in here to buy a slice of pizza and was promptly told that they weren’t making pizza or anything else because they were in the middle of doing a catering job. Here’s an idea, don’t tell people that you open at 10:30 if when people walk in after that time you tell them to leave because you’re busy. Your catering may be great(though doubtful based on how you run the restaurant side) but your pizza business should probably be shut down due to neglect and false opening hours.

The pizza recipe is definitely New York style. Always tastes fresh! The cheese steak recipe is odd – it uses cubed real chicken. Also tastes fresh, but not your normal cheese steak and I have a hard time getting past that. As far as the open and closing time issues some have mentioned, it’s never impacted me. In fact they stopped using credit cards which caught me off guard with no cash one time. The Owner said, “Take it. Pay me later.” That’s the benefit of a family-run, neighborhood business. Its nice to have a local business with personality and quality. I definitely give them some slack if they don’t run traditional and on demand like a chain place.
