I came on Memorial day and they were closing up so I came back today! I ordered a slab of ribs, half chicken, coleslaw and Mac and cheese….AMAZING!!! Neither the ribs or chicken needed sauce, the flavor and seasoning was phenomenal. I am Jamaican and big on flavor…I’ll be back this weekend for brisket bc they were sold out! Blessings to this beautiful couple on their business!

Excellent BBQ Food Truck..Ribs, Brisket, my go to Pulled Pork, Chicken etc are DELICIOUS and prepared daily..FAIR WARNING from a local get there early cause he sells out it is that good. No leftovers here all cooked that day. YUM!!

Called and was told that the rib tips and brisket were sold out but was still adamant about trying them out because of the great reviews and proximity to Wesley Chapel and… WAS BLOWN AWAY!! Got the ribs which were great and the sides were amazing!!! Couldn’t even believe that the baked beans were my favorite but the flavor was incredible with the peppers and onions. The other sides were all just as delicious but those beans were BOMB!!!

Wow, was on the phone with the boss lady they were out of things so I went through the menu and she confirmed they had everything I wanted. Placed a substantial order said it would be ready in 20 I said good thx. Got there out of things for my order and big boss man comes out we busy and sell out. I said my order was confirmed everything was available on my order. Boss lady questioned big boss man and they have the lady in front of me my order. Ruined our night and had to waste an hour getting food somewhere else. PEOPLE GET ORGANIZED! I have several restaurants gotta be organized or you go bust from these bad reviews.

The baked beans are amazing! We loved it all. We got brisket, half a chicken, baked beans, coleslaw, potato salad, and regular a spicy sauce. All if the food was excellent but the baked beans were the special surprise. They are vegetarian. I’ll probably never make them again myself. 🙂 We’ll for sure be back, especially since they are open on Sundays. The topping on the cake was how nice and helpful the owners are. I’d never been before and only stopped for brisket but clearly left with way more that just brisket. The kids loved the chicken so much they actually ate it. That’s a thumbs up assessment from us.
