The best chicken around! Sure the drive thru line isn’t big enough, I could care less when the food is consistently good. Staff is also never rude! My go to anytime I need a quick meal for the family.

This is the BEST fried chicken you will eat on the west baton rouge side of the river!! The chicken is delicious, and a great size. When the franchise chicken spots are on decline with quality, PIC-A-PAC remains excellent. The burgers are delicious as well!! The only complaint I have is my stomach couldn’t fit more chicken!

I sat in the drive thru for a very literal 9 minutes on the clock! their window was open and they clearly saw me, yet nobody took my order or even acknowledged the fact that I was there! I saw 5 people inside yet nobody could take the time to say “it’ll be a minute” or anything. Totally and completely unprofessional. I was trying to buy local and help a small business, but they obviously don’t want my business. From now on I’ll give my money to Church’s or Popeyes.

I REALLY wanted to leave a better review. First this all took place on a Thursday night starting at 630 ordering a 20 Piece family pack with Lg French fries and rolls. Four car ahead of me in drive through no big deal right took 30mins to place my order and was told it would be another 10 mins to get my chicken. -1star. After parking and waiting ten minutes I walk inside paid and then while fixing my chicken she tells me she’s out of legs and thighs AFTER I PAIDED. Refused to give me a spilt of Brest and wing for being out of legs and thighs. -2star. Then had to wait another 15mins for the fries. So at 732 I got back into my truck hoping the chicken would at least be worth the wait and over paying. While the chicken was juicy and crisp but NO SEASONING. Come on man. -1 star. As a local having high hopes for this place I was very disappointed. So I’ll just keep goin to Browns in back of Brusly.

Chicken was seasoned just right! Crispy and fried to perfection!, fries tasted good like fresh cut, a little over done but I like my fries that way(little crunchy on the edges!lol) rice dressing was on point! Good balance in flavor ratio of liver and gizzards (maybe grind them gizzards up a little smaller, but I’m not complaining ) Ms. Rose did that! Worth the stop! If I say anything criticizing, I’d say I should have gotten at least a small drink with the price I paid. But other than that, I’ll be stopping by again on my next cheat day !!!

Really good chicken… typical Louisiana service. Would have gotten a strong 5 star rating if the service was more kind to everyone. It seems that if the ladies know you you will get a bit of kindness, but if not(like me) you are left feeling like you are a nuisance and a bother. Again, this is very common place here in the Baton Rouge area.

This place doesn’t look like much, and it’s easy to miss if you’re just passing through. But it is worth the stop! Excellent fried chicken. The nature of my job has me travelling all over the state. This is some of the best fried chicken I’ve had.

I went there a couple weeks ago. Lady who took my had an ATTITUDE. My catfish was very salty. Large drinks cost 2.54, no refills. Also they charged extra for a card then cash. Will not be going back anytime soon. I had to get napkins out the bathroom, not from the front counter, but the bathroom by the way. Beware friends.
