It’s been a few years since I’ve had a Picasso pizza as there wasn’t a location near our old house. Now that we’ve moved closer to one, it was time to try them again. The ease of parking on both sides of the Union Rd location was a nice plus. As well as our pizza was ready exactly when they said it would be. The total was just over $30 with tax. That was the first ouch. But people rave about how great their pizza is. So, I don’t mind paying for great quality. I have to say this is one of the worst pizzas I’ve had in recent years. Looking at my picture, you can see this pizza was left in the oven way too long as it’s way overcooked. It wasn’t burnt. But it was definitely way overcooked. Such a disappointment. I’ve had much better pizzas locally at half the price.

I ordered the chicken Philly, ive never seen an open sub, cut in 4 pieces before so I was a little skeptical. But this was by far the BEST chicken Philly I’ve ever had!!! The chicken was flavorful, the peppers and onions were perfect and the cheese was melted and crispy around the whole thing. AMAZING!!

All of my previous experiences at Picasso’s have been amazing from the food quality to the service, but today my opinion has changed. I ordered a small cheese and sausage pizza for my husband to pick up. When my husband went to pick up the pizza, he was told that a medium pepperoni pizza was ordered and called me. I told him no I ordered a small cheese and sausage. The only option that they offered him was to remake him a small cheese and sausage or he could take the medium cheese and pepperoni and pay full price for it. Because my husband was in a hurry he just took the cheese pepperoni and paid full price. I then called to voice my disappointment, and was told if we brought back the cheese pepperoni they would make us a cheese and sausage, but would charge us full price for it. So they make a mistake on the order and we have to pay full price for it anyways? What happened to customer service and actually having the orders that you place be correct?! Very disappointed, and will be looking for a new place to get our pizza from a regular basis!

A neighbor had ordered from this location a few wks ago for a get-together & it was delicious. I had guests in from Canada & decided to order from here for my get-together. Spent abt $100 on pizza & wings & it was a surprising disappointment. The large pizza was seriously undercooked. Most of the pizza was inedible bc it was simply raw dough. The wings were dry, old & cold. Thoroughly disappointed & embarrassed as I had talked this place up with my guests before ordering. Too inconsistent for me to recommend.

Picasso’s has always been a treat to me. Cheesy, not too much sauce, well done pepperoni. I also like that they switched to square pies unlike Santoras that still using round. The homemade rolls and croutons are just so good. I wish the Union road store was still dine in rather than just take out. I’m a big fan of their cheesy bread sticks , bbq fries, and the Caesar salad dressing. Their chicken fingers are way too big. Too many pizzerias use those chicken planks these days instead of regular chicken tenders.

Really hungry and excited for dinner when I’m into my first slice of pizza, I spit it out to find a long strand of hair cooked right into it. Absolutely ruined my appetite along with my entire family’s. My family and I could not finish our meal after that. Totally disgusting. Right into the garbage. Basic rules of working in a kitchen is to wear a hair net. Will not be ordering from here again.

Hi! Canadian here- so like, I didn’t realize what I’ve been missing. All I can say is this is the best pizza slice I have ever had- but it’s also the only American pizza slice I’ve had- so if locals consider this like mediocre or something then my mind is blown, let’s just say it blows any pizza in Toronto out of the water, which maybe doesn’t say much for locals, but was truely transformative for me lol

First time I have had bad food here. Ordered a slice of cheeses pizza to go. Got home and discovered the top was dried out. Cheese was hard and dry..leads me to believe it had been sitting there for quite some time. When I called, could not get any answers for why the quality was so bad. Has certainly gone downhill.

Unfortunately, this pizzeria has suffered since COVID. Before, we regularly ordered pizzas and subs. The subs were, and still do continue to be fantastic. That dipping sauce you guys make is a great addition to each sub! Unfortunately, the pizzas have not been made the same since. They used to be hot and crispy, but since COVID hit, they aren’t the same pizzas. Each large C/P we have gotten since COVID, about 12-15, has been soggy, thin undercooked dough as the base, watery sauce, undercooked and not well put together. After this large dataset, we now refrain from the pizza here. We still do get the subs though!! The subs are great!! Get an extra sub dipping sauce with each sub, you will love it!
