Our group of 20 met for a social event. The atmosphere was perfect for a Red Hat Ladies club for the young ladies that still exist in our minds. So much FUN was allowed at Piccadilly Parlour. I big shout out to all the other patrons who didn’t complain about the excitement during our game time!

I love leaving positive reviews for company’s on Google, but, unfortunately, I cannot do so for Piccadilly Parlour. My mother was looking forward to surprising my 6 year old daughter visiting from out of town for a special event at this location. Without any warning or notice, they showed up for the event and the doors were locked and it was closed. There was no phone call or attempt to notify them of the cancellation. You can imagine how a 6 year old responded to this lack of communication. I am sure they run a fine business, but I hope in the future they can improve on communication with customers in an event like this.

Everything was good and a nice atmosphere for afternoon tea and conversation. My only two points are scones are not included but they do offer a tasty soup instead and no refills on tea which seemed odd but I could get a refill of hot water for the teapot. I drink a lot of tea with my afternoon tea.

This is the most creative and beautiful little restaurant. Every little girl and woman’s dream tea party. Piccadilly even has a armoire filled with princess dresses for the kiddos during their tea party lunch as well as fancy hats for women to wear to complete and authenticize the experience. Absolutley loved it. Whoever owns this has made sure their customers get the full experience from the personal kettles down to the sugar cubes and complimentary attire! Love love this my new favorite little place

Walked back in time to this nice shop. Got a Darjeeling pot. Tasted good. Wait staff is kind and caring. Nice relaxing atmosphere. The one place in Canfield I’d make the trip for.
