Odered food to take back to Carlsbad with us a couple of months ago. Asked that the included spaghetti be left off. However, When we got home, it was all dumped on top of our food. Called and was offered 2 free dishes. Went today to collect the free food. (one was to go back with us to the lady here that missed out the 1st time.) Was told she couldn’t have hers-I had to eat it. I told her I would like to purchase my own meal. NO way. I ate the bread and the spaghetti our friend couldn’t and took it with me anyway. Thankfully, another lady let me have a to-go-box.Waitress never came back to the table. Would have ordered dessert, but no chance. She could have made an additional

Our family stayed in Artesia while on a trip to visit the Carlsbad caverns, and decided to try this place out despite the bad reviews about the service. We walk in and no one greets us so I look around and there is a table where all the waitresses are sitting. One of them yells from the table we can sit anywhere. We sit down and after about 5 minutes one of them gets up and brings us silverware. She never speaks and looked like she didn’t want to be there. She comes back and brings us bread and dip which is really good. I ask her to wipe the table down because it’s dirty(food and crumbs). She says ok and goes and tells another waitress and she ends up cleaning it for us. After another 10 minutes our waitress comes and brings us drinks and takes our order. My sons food (chicken Alfredo) comes out but my husband and I have to wait another 15 minutes for our food(we shared a pizza). We never got any drink refills. Our waitress only checked on us once and that was before we got our food. Never went by and asked how the food was or if we needed any refills through our whole meal. The food was delicious but the service was trash. Work on the service and you’ll get some 5 star reviews.

Had been here several times. Quality of service has changed. The restaurant was dirty. One waitress. She was on her cell phone. 6 people dining. Took 15 minutes to get our waters. 20 more minutes to get bread sticks. The pasta was over cooked and our pizza (Margarita) was burnt and had little toppings.

Terrific food, well prepared and presented by friendly and helpful staff. I had Chicken Burgundy and my wife had Chicken Marsala. We had a great time here and would certainly recommend it to anybody.

Great service and great food! We ordered salad and a 10inch pizza for hubby and I and was definitely filling. The pizza was excellent! The offered bread with dip while you wait which was a really nice experience!

It was nice. The food was authentic, the service was professional, and the cleanliness of the restaurant was outstanding. I will be going back. The pepperoni pizza was something out of an Italian cookbook.

Pathetic customer service. Waitress was standing and eating right in front of my table. I have no issues with her eating her food but she was least concerned about customers. It took her about 10 mins to give me a To Go box for my leftovers. I ordered pizza and she brought calzone. When I asked her she said that she forgot and was sorry for it. But nothing ahead. She didn’t even offer to change the food and get the right order.
