I was invited out to dinner with some good friends in mind for my birthday and my good friend birthday as well. They had a place over on water Street apparently did outstanding job. I never went there. The night I went the place was filled with a lot of folks. The food was outrageous and I mean good they give you plenty a nice big portion. Only one thing is hard to adjust. Was how loud it was when everybody’s talking I recommend some type of decorative fabric on the walls to absorb the sound. But other than that, if you and the Catskill area and want Italian food and I’m telling you that’s the place to go, I’ll definitely go back. Oh one thing. Make sure you make reservations.

Just visited the new location for the first time since they opened. The food was just amazing. And dessert was to die for. The atmosphere was great. The staff was so welcoming. I believe we interacted with everyone there. We were greeted by Heather who was very accommodating and made us feel like we were regulars….which we plan to be!! Denise was our server and she’s the best! We will definitely be back for sure!!

Food was average for Italian food but not outstanding. There were eight of us having dinner on Mother’s Day. About half really enjoyed their food. Service could have been better. It was very slow. Yes, I know it was busy, but anyone in the restaurant business knows to expect that on 2/14 and Mother’s Day. Four of our meals were delivered to our table, then the other four were placed on a tray stand by the busboy. After five minutes, we flagged down our waitress to give us the rest of our food.

Pictures do not make justice to the savory food served here. Prompt and friendly service exceeded our party’s expectations at this warm welcoming restaurant. Calm and relaxing ambiance with plenty of parking across the street. Very satisfied with food, drinks, service and will 10/10 recommend to everybody around the area!

We were greeted immediately and seated right away.Dinner was delicious. Service was excellent. The only thing we both thought the bread was over cooked which made it difficult to eat but no biggie.We enjoyed the night and will be back to try something different.

Very disappointed with our recent visit to Piccolo. It was a slow night and there was no excuse for the terrible service (numerous requests for basic items such as a fork) and no excuse for our waiter Dylan to verbally threaten us as he delivers (tosses our entrees) onto our table again (as he did with the app). This was well after an hour wait for our meals. We felt so uncomfortable we left.
