I visited on a Saturday afternoon, on the recommendation of a friend. The place is run out a food trailer, with a canvas tent on the side, and multiple smokers and grills. It’s in a good-sized parking lot of gas station with a convenience store. There is a 10-foot pink elephant concrete statue in the corner of the parking lot. Unusual, but fun. The staff were casual and friendly.

I must say I am 73yrs old and my daughter bought me a pork steak and I was so amazed !!! THIS IS THE BEST PORK STEAK I HAVE EVER EATEN IN MY LIFE!!! I love all of there food. Everything you order is cooked with PERFECTION !! The people are so special and kind. My daughter buys for me, herself and my three grandchildren. We all love their food . Thank you again fo that delicious Pork Steak !

We had my granddaughters graduation party catered from this family run business. It was outstanding! Bought WAY to much. Had about a hundred people and still had leftovers for another week. Everyone remarked it was the best BBQ they’d ever had. The sides were delicious (potato salad, baked beans and salad) we will definitely be hitting them up again

Visiting from Kansas City, we stopped here. I am impressed. The ribs and pulled pork were both flavorful and very tender. The sweet sauce was good – not too tangy, had a nice smoky flavor. And the staff was friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely stop again when we’re back in town.

Had the rib tips, pulled pork sandwich. I always eat here while in St Louis. They have good sides their white chili and cucumber salad (I want this recipe!) are both delish, both are seasonal. Also like their green beans with a hint of bacon, potato salad and Cole slaw.
