We were there for lunch. The dining room would have been nice and comfortable but there was an obnoxious woman camped out in a booth yelling at everyone, and the management did NOTHING. It was horrible. She was obviously high on drugs and she wouldn’t stop yelling. She even came over to our booth and commented on our food. My boyfriend had to tell her to leave us alone. Pickupstix is one of my favorite restaurants but our experience today ruined it. When the woman came to our table I looked at the employees like “please do something” and they just ignored me and looked away. Other people came in and left because she was so obnoxious and trying to talk to them. It should have been handled by the manager, but nothing was done. Had to take out food to go. We will not return.

The food here is always great. Never too long of a line. Always get the lunch special. I had ordered half steamed rice and chow mein. They had accidentally given me fried rice instead. Rather than scoop out the rice they allowed me to keep the extra side and gave me the item I ordered free of charge. They also had forgotten my cream cheese wontons but before I realized they were missing the employee ran out to my car to wave me down to give them to me. Really appreciate the effort! Mistakes get made but they definitely make up for them with great customer service!

I just had the WORST Orange Chicken I have ever experienced in my life. The breading was like bread crumbs, NOT traditional Chinese breading. You could tell it was breaded and fried hours before it was used. Look at THEIR picture of Orange Chicken. That’s what it should look like.

Always good food an great service the order online option is horrible I’ve wasted many rewards an lost lots of money due to the app not allowing me to redeem my rewards for the online order an the store has no control over the app so you just have to deal with it if you wanna order online.. If not just come in an redeem in person if the reward is available for in store redemption…

Yummy food – cream cheese wontons, house chicken and fried rice are all delicious. Also recommend the chicken pad-thai. Generally quick service but at times not the fastest. Would give the place a five if the service was a bit faster… I’ve had long waits for pick ups before.
