Got my amazing food from this place. I’ve been to other locations and I came in here and was amazed. PACKED, Employees seemed devoted to there work, store cleaned!! That’s what I’m shocked about how a place can be so busy and cleaned in a way compared to other pic up Stix locations.. placed my order and seem rapid orders being called out. My order was perfect, delicious. WILL RETURN! whoever the manager here is must be doing a good job and must be blessed to have a store that’s super busy but also devoted employees. God bless ! Pick up stix has really changed, they no longer offer individual plates. Best offer for a family is $33.00 it’s suppose to feed 4 it actually is more like 3 adults. We added a Chinese salad and our total was 53.00 very expensive Chinese dinner. Disappointed with the fried rice, it was to wet and the noodles had weird taste to them they were too soggy.

Got takeout Ordered 4 house special beef for me and my kids and all of them tasted like shrimp!!! Super disgusting the cooks are getting lazy and not changing pans they cook seafood with. Wish I would of got a refund or at least replaced my order very upset and disappointed

Great customer service, always. You will be greeted with a genuine smile. Good food, but I wish the chain had spicier selections. Even when I request extra spicy, on an already “spicy” selection it tastes like it’s original recipe.

Portion sizes small, like ridiculously small. 40 bucks and it didn’t even feed 2 people. To add insult to injury they gave us 1 soy sauce packet and 1 fork for 2 people and 2 meals purchased. The food tastes great and the staff is polite but again the portion size leave you feeling scammed.

I was at this location 8/07/22 at 8:30pm and the door wasn’t lock as I walk and ask if there where still open . The workers told me no we close at 8:30. I sat there in my car to see if someone was gonna lock the doors but they waited to 9:00 to actually lock there doors and turn on the outside lights. The store hours say they close at 9. I understand if they ran put of food or something wasn’t working but the person was rude I don’t understand.

They give the wrong order and can’t even figure out if they are out of stuff or not. Terrible place to eat. It’s super dirty too so if you don’t want to almost vomit in disgust, don’t look around much. Don’t ever go here.
