I’m giving it a really good review and I haven’t even eaten it yet, or stepped into the restaurant. I haven’t met an employee or seen the outside, and it’s still a good review. I ordered a simple chicken and veggies fried rice through Grubhub and asked for a side note to have steak and shrimp added (and I they can adjust the price manually if necessary, the app said they allowed that) and I got my request AT NO CHARGE. Good business right there, and I don’t know a thing about the location. This is my first time ordering so I’ll take it as a one-time thing 🙂

I ordered House Special Beef, with Vegetables on Sat evening 8/8/20. The staff was very nice, so no problem there. The House Special Beef was extremely dry and very few vegetables were included. I don’t wish to get anyone in trouble, especially during these times, but this is not the first time my order was very dry, as in virtually no sauce. I have been to the Pick Up Stix on Alton, next to Ralphs, and have never had this problem. My suggestion for the owner is to review how the food is being prepared and why this may be an issue. Also, I am not looking for a free replacement order. Unfortunately since this has happened multiple time, I will not be returning to this location.

Multiple times I show up 40-45 minutes before they close, just to be told that they are closed. This is the last time I eat here. Such a waste of gas and time, and there’s nothing more upsetting then when you’re starving for some Kung Pao Chicken. If they’re willing to cut such a big corner just to go home early I wonder what other shortcuts they take.

I love the food at Pick Up Stix however, this location just never seems to make it right. This review is specifically for this location only. I normally get the House special chicken, a pretty popular and common dish. You’d think they would get it right however 2 out of the last 3 times I’ve ordered it here it was disappointing. The flavor was off and the cook didn’t seem to use the right amount of sauces or cook it long enough to give it the right consistency. I now order from the location off Jamboree near The Market Place and they seem to get it right. Disappointing though since this location is closer to me.

The lady who worked the counter on Jan 10 @11:15am was super SUPER RUDE. Never a smile. I asked if there’s an option for 2 items for lunch and she said “NO you can only HAVE ONE! I pick up a piece of paper on the counter and she rudely ripped it out of my hands saying Not For You! My gosh! Food is no better than Panda Express. No need to come back here again.

quick and kitchen fresh Asian pop foods…. cashiers are quick and kind and the place is clean. Great! From order to pick up takes only 10 minutes. By the way, card charges look weird,telling me it charged $1.08 in separate on top of the receipt… maybe, they did tipping by themselves without client consent. Be vigilant!
