Let me start off by saying that if it hadn’t been for the mishap, it would’ve been a solid 5 stars. We went in for our first time after a great recommendation from some friends of ours. We drove up from Booneville MS to eat at this place. We ordered a Supreme large pizza and our drinks. I ordered sweet tea and my wife got coke. The sweet tea was soured and I, along with the table directly behind us, had to send it back and change to coke. After sitting for about 30-45 minutes my wife started noticing that people who had come in after us were getting their food and we still hadn’t received ours. We waited a few more minutes and people who had come in and placed to-go orders after us were getting their orders and leaving. At a little over the 1 hour mark, our waitress, who was great by the way, came over and said that they were sorry and that they were going to give us a discount. I told her they should because we had been there over an hour and others were getting their food that came in after us. The manager/ owner then came over and offered us free drinks and said we didn’t owe anything for our meal that night and apologized. As far as the food goes, it was some of the best pizza I’ve had. The service, as far as the waitress to the table was great. The kitchen staff needs some attention. The manager/owner went back there and chewed their butt and I know mistakes can happen. I told them as we were leaving that we’d be back and I mean that. The food was worth the drive for me. Hopefully next time, everything will be right with the kitchen staff and I can give them 5 stars!

Walked in was greeted with a smile and hello from everyone up front! We got a small 8″ custom pizza; pepperoni, green peppers, and onions. They all tasted fresh and crisp! The edge of the crust was most surprising; it had the perfect combination on dough to crispness level, as well as Flavor!

This place is so cool! Little bitty place but the PIZZA…SO GOOD! It’s a thinner crust and it’s LOADED DOWN with toppings. The service was good the people were nice…We will be returning.

Be warned, it’s way over priced. We got 2 orders of spaghetti with one salad and bread for $60. The spaghetti portion didn’t even fill a salad-sized plate. Nice people but our meal just wasn’t impressive enough to warrant the price. I wouldn’t order it again even if it was considerably cheaper. Maybe the pizza is better? It would need to be quite good for the $$ charged in my opinion.

Awesome food and staff was so nice and welcoming, we just got done cleaning up our place that was hit by a tornado and the waitress bought us a beer and gave us her # to call her to get referrals to help us out fixing the house back up. Just want to say thank you and how much that meant to us.

I placed my order at 7:50pm, was told it would be an hour. Showed up at 9:00pm, and was told they forgot to make my pizza. The woman I spoke to could have cared less, and I left with no food. No offer of a credit for next time, no nothing. Terrible customer service.

We had a rough day with the kids. As soon as we walked into Pickwick Pizza Co, they bent over backwards to make sure everyone was taken care of. One of our kids was having a come apart and they went above and beyond to help us and make the kids happy. Go support local and dine with an amazing small business. Pizza was awesome, servers and GM were even more awesome. Cheers PPC, and keep up the good work!
