Decided to order a pizza for delivery tonight. Heard a car pull in the driveway so I started walking to the door and the car pulled back out so I didn’t think that it was the delivery driver. After calling picnic they told me that she came to the door (which she did not / we have a bay window). The lady at picnic that answered the phone was extremely rude. Will not order from this Horseheads location again. Better off going with the big flats location!

For the first time I’ve had pizza that wasn’t too greasy, not undercooked, not scalding hot and had crust of perfect thickness! Probably the best Sicilian pizza I’ve had as a Western New Yorker.

This experience is strictly for the Picnic Pizza in Jubilee Plaza. Ordered a sheet Pizza that was not totally cooked and the wings certainly were nothing special. Now I’ve eaten Picnic Pizza before but I would have to recommend the one in minier’s plaza or the Arnot mall. It all fairness I didn’t have the slices at the one in Jubilee Plaza but after this experience I would not try them anyway I’ve never gotten a bad slice from the store at miner’s Plaza. The mall I don’t get up there that much. I don’t like to give negative reviews sometimes they’re unavoidable. The employees were friendly and pleasant but I ended up tossing most of the pizza out. They’re not just around the corner from me so I did not call to get another Pizza I just will avoid the place in the future. I’ll use one of the other two

Chicken tenders were over cooked and you could tell the oil they were cooked in was dark and old. The pizza was okay though the crust was very tough and it had very little pepperoni on it. The wait for take out was kind of long from when we ordered til ready even though they weren’t that busy. The staff seemed disorganized and confused. This was the second time I’d gotten take out and both times were similar so I don’t believe it was just a fluke. Not sure if I’d eat there again. This was the store by Jubilee.

Fantastic pizza. The location is ok, it’s in a plaza and the seats are hard booths, but who cares, most of us get carry out anyways. Subs are lovely as well!

I wasn’t real impressed yesterday I ordered a bacon cheese burger it was dry I watched the employee smash all the juices out of the burger while it was cooking and the bun was hard toasted to long,the chicken wings had good flavor but over cooked
