I was looking for a rotisserie chicken place like a place I loved when I lived in Richmond Virginia. This place is perfectly decorated and is family run place. The menu is located on the wall and is very well laid out. I ordered the half regular chicken with yucca and cole slaw. You order the food and they bring the food out to you. The food came out very hot and all the ingredients are fresh! My only recommendation is that the spices needs to be more flavorful! It is good but you want peoples taste buds asking for more.

I got the whole chicken white meat with 4 sides… tostones, quinoa, green beans and plantain. The chicken was nicely cooked but I felt it could have used more flavor and seasoning. I had to use my own sauces at home in order to really enjoy it. The sides were very delicious and flavorful. However the size of the sides were way too small. Especially at the price point. I could have eaten all of these sides by myself. That’s how small they are. They are not for sharing unless you’re eating two of the sides and someone else is eating the other two. Overall it was a decent meal. However, I don’t think I would go back. Not enough flavor on the chicken and sides are too small. Too expensive for the portion of food.

My wife and I love the food here. The chicken is phenomenal, the sides are fantastic (asparagus for the win) and their rice and beans is probably the best I’ve had – take into account that I grew up in Miami and most of my best friends were of some Latin descent. The salsa Verde is also so good and so fresh; I only wish I could buy some.
