Pizza was definitely good. Crispy and tasty crust with good cheese. Probably better for takeout unless you have young kids. They have white paper on all of their nice wood tables so kids can draw on them with crayons. Wierd choice considering the place is suppose to have a high school theme. It’s like kindergarten, high school and college (they have a beer bar) combined into one.

Horrible service. We arrived at 6:15 and it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get two pizzas and an order of their home-made macaroni and cheese (which had absolutely no flavor – it tasted like watery noodles). Every table in the restaurant at that time came in and ordered AFTER we did and they all got their food before us. When we inquired about how much longer it was going to take (we have 4 children who were starving by that time), they acted as though they were being inconvenienced. We were not greeted upon entering nor were we acknowledged on our way out the door. The pizza is really good, but the service is so terrible that we will not be returning. It’s too bad because we live just 10 minutes away!

We’re staying at the Abbey Resort and wanted some pizza so we called Pie High Pizza for delivery. We ordered garlic cheese bread with marinara and a medium sized Friday Night Lights pizza. It took just over an hour to get here. We were surprised that they didn’t send napkins or plates. We had to improvise and cut the to-go box the garlic bread came in and use the bathroom wash cloths for napkins. The garlic bread was luke warm and chewy. Even so, the bread still had great flavor, just no crunch.

Pie High’s owner started Tomato Head Pizza Kitchen in Chicago — the hippest and tastiest thin-crust pizza joints in the city when they were his. He has brought that same great taste and casual atmosphere to the Lake Geneva area. The food is fantastic — ALL fresh with much brought in from local farms. Love the high school theme and the cute decor. Great for kids and adults — a real family atmosphere (not a tavern/pub, but does serve upscale beer and wine) with great tunes. We are weekly regulars … and then some!

First of all, this is a cute little place that has the makings of a good pizza joint. However, this is not the case for Pie High. Service is slow, cashier was nice but was on her phone the entire time…the place itself is clean with board games provided for the customers to play or they could also draw on the table tops since there were crayons provided. But where it really fails is the food! I mean we ordered a straight-forward 14 inch Springbreak pizza (its Hawaiin style with ham and pineapples) and BBQ boneless wings. The wings were 90% breading, the BBQ sauce was just a runny mess and well the pizza was just as bad if not worse…it came out hot and the sauce was like water that was simply just poured on top of the pizza dough…i think they took the pineapples and didnt even bother draining it from the can before they put it on top of the pizza making the entire thing one big runny mess…even the cheese was running off the pizza…totally disappointed…how the heck could u possibly mess up pizza and boneless wings? go to Pie High in Fontana, Wisconsin and find out…wow. just wow. unbelievable.

This place had all the makings to be successful, but it’s not. The pizza is boring and the staff is terrible. The owner parks his scooter across the street at another business, then parks it sideways in a car stall. Wow…..hopefully someone gets food poisoning so this dump will close.

Menu said the lunch specials included sandwiches and salad but owner, who didn’t greet us, snapped “pizza only right now” while I quietly looked through carry out menu on counter. No ice and no non-soda options on beverage machine on our visit. No soap in rest room and first table we sat at was dirty. They were mopping the dining room at 11:15 while we were sitting there rather than before they open. Pizza was equivalent to the frozen variety.

Horrible. The pizza was like soup. The girl said it was just “oil from the cheese” but the pizza was undercooked. It wasn’t connected to the crust whatsoever. The entire place smelled like burning pizza although my pizza wasn’t burned thank God. The boneless chicken wings were almost damp as if they’d been frozen and microwaved rather than cooked.

Worst pizza i ever had…very little sauce..oizza had no taste whats so ever. The place was dirty…no good joint should be dirty!!!! Service was fine…however i cant stress it enough that the pizza was just horrible.
