Basically pizza subway… choose your own toppings. Decent enough. The sweet pizza was likely the star. Friendly staff and decent service. Stay away from the lemonade though as it is far too sweet.

First time at Pieology. Been to Mod and Blaze. Same concept. Not sure about the type of toppings here. Seems more standard than the other two which have some more choices like roasted garlic and olive mix, kalamata olives…also ingredients weren’t labeled. Other than that, it was a great pizza. More choices for crusts including a deep dish crust (they only make limited amounts of these so they aren’t always available) and a cauliflower crust. Had a watermelon mint lemonade that was fantastic. Would definitely recommend this place. Staff courteous, but not overly friendly. It was closer to closing and place was still clean and no chairs were up or sections closed off which is nice.

They went above and beyond to fix a gluten free Vegan pizza for me. Not only did they do a glove change but they used all fresh ingredients and cooked the pie in a separate oven in the back! Thank you Pieology!! I can’t recommend this place enough. The pizza was delicious and the service was very friendly.

Great pizza place. It is like the subway restaurant of pizza. You just have to order the dough and you get to decide which toppings to put on it. My pizza was spectacular the only thing I have to point out is the my wife is vegan and ordered a pizza with vegan cheese. When it was time to put on the marinara sauce on hers there was a little bit of regular cheese in the sauce and even though she has said she was vegan they thought it wasn’t a big deal that the marinara sauce has a little bit of regular cheese in it. They said to her that it wasn’t like she was allergic to the cheese or something. That’s the only reason they didn’t get the 5 star rating. PS: For a customer is a big deal to get things the way they ordered.

Wanted to try something different since I want from the area. Must have came at a great time about 3 ish, was no wait. The teen girls loved it and so do I! The pizza toppings tasted fresh. I love the concept of picking what you want like a subway line. Staff was friendly and location appeared clean. Will be back next time I visit city!

This place is truly a subway of Pizza with unlimited possibilities. Yes, you read it right, Unlimited toppings!! They do not charge for number of toppings. So if you order 2 or 10 toppings, its the same price. Its a BYO (Build Your Own) pizza. I tried the chef’s special Cauliflower thin crust with all freshly cut vegetables. They cook in a Fire brick oven..!!
