First and foremost the girl red hair girl (I didn’t see a name tag) sliding the dough through some contraption that makes oval pizzas and working the sauce and cheese station was really rude and had an attitude for no reason at all. She asked what kind of sauce I wanted I replied easy sauce she put the thinnest layer possible and I simply said can I have a little more please and she just looked genuinely bothered. A gain with the thinnest spread possible at this point I didn’t feel like going tjtouhh it again so I just let it go.Then when it came time to asking me about cheese I simply said mozzarella please and I tried to lighten up the air by just saying mozzarella is fine and she got an attitude again. I had just gotten off of work and honestly after dealing with customers all day the last thing I want to deal with is an attitude from an employee. I work service so I treat people with common respect. I had no attitude and I didn’t even get upset. Now today I’m eating this incredibly dry pizza that I would have asked for more sauce but I didn’t want to inconvenience the employee. Then after all of this I go to pay and this store doesn’t take Apple Pay?!! The other locations do so I’m not sure of the issue. All in all just go to another pieology. I prefer the one on main and Escondido.

The pizzas were delicious. All of the topics had great flavor and the combinations you can make are endless. They have several crust options too, like cauliflower, thick, thin and whole wheat. The drink varieties are great as well. The staff could do a better job cleaning the prep line and cooking area. It was also a little annoying that one staff person drained all the tea 20 minutes before they closed and that was what I was drinking :(. But overall, the food was great.

Every time I go they’re always so polite, friendly and helpful. I’m generally a somewhat picky eater and like things done a certain way…they never give me a hard time or make it be an issue that I have special requests. the quality of the food is phenomenal as well!

It was my husband’s and I first time at pieology and Samuel provided an excellent experience! Samuel was kind, helpful and knowledgeable! It is rare that you come across someone that takes pride in their job and Samuel really did. Thank you for a wonderful experience! We will be back!

I love Pieology. The whole concept is great. My only problem with the whole process is that they are not cleaning the oven. I’m getting my pizza with a layer of burnt yeast and crumbs on the bottom. When I eat, it looks like I just changed the oil on my car. It’s not adding to the taste. Please change this process.

Arrived @ Pieology in Victorville 2pm. Saw only 1 customer in front of us & we’re party of 3. I guess he probably ordered 3/4 pizzas & only 2 employees so I waited. Took awhile to give our order to Shift Mgr. Devon. So while he was making the pizza, I asked for extra mushrooms because while he was putting on toppings he was breaking the ingredients up, I asked if he can put more mushrooms & I was told that’s all he can add. First of all the mushrooms look like CRUMBS by him breaking it up. Wasn’t happy @ all. Never had this experience but didn’t want to hold the line since 4 more customers came in after us. I have received better service @ other Pieology this one was very skimpy on toppings.

Worst experience ever. We waited 15 min to order. Another 20 waiting for our pizzas. When 2 of our pizzas came out they were cold? The soda machine had no ice and sodas were warm. I asked for a rag to clean the seats myself. He said he would come out and do them. Never did, so I got paper towels from the restroom. No manager was available at the store, no refund was issued. I am beyond disappointed 🙁
