We were very impressed with both the food and the service. A member of our party had multiple food sensitivities and the staff went above and beyond in making sure everything was OK for her. They were very patient in gathering all the ingredient lists and information for us. And food itself was wonderful! We’ll definitely be back.

We frequently dine here and usually results in a really great experience. The staff here is very kind, but last night this wasn’t the case. Maybe it was partly my own fault for coming in 1/2 hr before closing. We walked in nobody was at the counter for several minutes and finally a girl (I think her name was Macy or something) came out, didn’t even greet us. First thing she said was: “how many pies tonight.” Notice I didn’t use a question mark there, that was her tone.

Gluten free pizza crust is available! Inexpensive and delicious create-your-own pizza restaurant. $22 for two pizzas. The ingredients are fresh, pizza dough is rolled out when order. It was my first time at a Pieology and the girl who helped us was very friendly and helped me pick out the ingredients I needed for a BBQ chicken pizza.
