Bad day or has it gone downhill? Use to go to this place all the time with my co workers. We once went for a meeting with some employees and everyone loved it. The Pizza was delicious. Everything was fresh. I haven’t been going out to eat as much lately so it has been about 6 or 7 months since I’ve been back. Today I went back with some co workers, picked up some pizza and went back to work for lunch. Unfortunately the pizzas were horrible. No one enjoyed their pizzas. 0 Flavor what so ever. Nothing tasted fresh. I had 6 different toppings on it and everything was flavorless. I don’t know if it was just a bad day or what. I notice that they have a whole new staff, or at least the staff I knew seems to be gone. I don’t see myself going back any time soon but I’m sure ill give them another try since I know how good their Pizza can be. Hopefully It was just a bad day but if next time its the same, might just have to call it on Pieology.

This restaurant has so much potential but unfortunately there is a manager there named William holding the store back. He has absolutely no personality and knows nothing about customer service. I came in with 5 co-workers and ordered lunch and he didn’t even look up at us. Never came to our table and checked on the food or even thanked us for coming in. He should be aware in a saturated food market customer service has to be paramount. This guy is absolutely in the wrong business.

A few weeks ago, there were fruit flies everywhere. Today as my kids and I were sitting down to eat, we witnessed the manager William firing our favorite employee (one of the reasons we eat there). William should not be in management, as he clearly is not competent. Who fires an employee in front of customers like that? Absolutely poor management. Embarrassing and employee in front of colleagues and customers, instead of in private, where it should have been done. And as this poor kid left, William had a big smile on his face. My kids and I will never come back. Do better, William.

I ordered delivery from Pieology last night and I didn’t know that they use outside delivery sources, if I would’ve known that I would’ve picked up my order. So basically I ordered my food and contacted them because based on the live tracker our delivery person had gotten lost. I contacted them and the young lady I spoke to told me it was doordash who picked up, I attempted 5 times to contact the dasher but her number was out of service SHAME ON THEM. The dasher eventually arrived with our meal and left our food on the ground in a puddle of water near our door, didn’t ring the Ring doorbell or anything! Just left it to get soggy and a few bugs got into our pizzas. I contacted doordash about the issue and they instructed me to contact pieology for reimbursement or at least a new order. Whoever that young lady that was working closing shift last night must’ve been having a bad day because she told me verbatim “we don’t control how the food gets delivered and it’s nothing we can do about your food”

Decided to stop here to give my kids an option other than the norm for pizza that we go to all the time! I tasted their pizza and it wasn’t bad but wasn’t great! They said they preferred MOD pizza and I have to agree! Maybe the thin crust would’ve been better!?

Ingredients are fresh , & they finished the order quickly. The veggie/pesto pizza &margarita pizza were awesome The veggies were a bit bland.. but, we added seasoning they offer in the dining area (parmesan, oregano, & chili flakes.)
