I must have bad luck with pizza or something because this is the second time our food has been delivered undercooked, oblong and burnt just on the edges. The cut job is a hack job. No slice is the same or even close to resembling a slice of pizza. Shame on you guys for no quality control and charging this much for turning out slop. These, “being pies from your store,” use to be good, your entire staff and management ruined them because of one simple thing.. you simply have no pride in your work. Congratulations, you found a way to mess up one of the simplest tasks in the food industry. I speak from years of my own experience. All it takes is one person to say, hey that doesn’t look right.. you could have delivered what your customers expect. Not what they fear!

Excellent service! Our pizzas were made with love and they did not skimp on the toppings! The manager was also extremely friendly and professional, ensuring we had just what we needed and informing us she was available as needed. Also always appreciate when places have a CocaCola freestyle machine, just another small perk! This place is definitely top tier as compared to Blaze Pizza (another spot where you can customize your pizza). Will absolutely return again!

It took about 15 minutes just to be helped, and we were the only people in line. There was one person behind the counter, and she completely ignored us until she finally came to take our orders. No ,” I’ll be right with you.” No ,”I’m sorry for the wait. ” On the other hand, the pizza was fantastic and the store was nice and clean.

THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS. The servers are all around 16-19 so they are a bit shy. However, the vibe of the whole place feels a little bare bones, I just don’t get cozy pizza place vibes. BUT, the food makes up for it bc it’s really good.

I’ve only been to this location a few times… I personally prefer any other location. The ingredients counter is always messy & disorganized here & the service is always pretty iffy. My pizza was completely black on the bottom last time from what I assume to be a dirty oven (pizza wasn’t burnt but covered in an ash like substance on the bottom). The girl making my food wasn’t very attentive & I felt rushed even though the place was completely empty… I guess the plus side is that you never have to wait at this location bc it’s never very busy (at least when I’ve been there). Personally just going to go to other locations from here on out… ♀️

Wow, my wife put in an order for two pepperoni pizzas for pickup. We had a Bogo coupon sent to us so we decided to Pieology another chance since it had been awhile since we went there. We picked them up at 10:30 and took the pizzas home. This is what we got when we opened the pizzas. Hardly any sauce or pepperoni and burned pizza. I remembered very quickly why we stopped coming here

Friendliness of staff can vary, as some are nice and others are okay. Been awhile since I came here because the last time part of my order was incorrect, I brought it to attention and it was still made incorrectly the second time. Today yet again part of my order was incorrect and the crust was rather flimsy, and there were literally no other customers inside or orders coming in.

Very dirty with employees throwing and walking over used gloves on the floor in front of the oven. We didn’t receive our order close to what was requested and was cold for mobile pickup. It was oddly shaped, very poorly cut, entirely missing toppings on certain slices. It looked like a $5 small pizza. Employees drinks laying around on the counter. This place needs a stronger manager.
