I’m honestly not impressed with the service at this particular location. Time and time again I come in because I enjoy the food and yet it seems like they are constantly understaffed. I don’t mind waiting my turn in line, but I worry about the customer service when I see only one person working behind the counter to take orders, ring up the cash register AND keep an eye on pies in the oven. Sooner or later something’s going to go sideways. Especially when the manager is unnecessarily cleaning instead of helping her employee with the line of customers.

Very slow. Backed up, and pizzas had to sit out for 5-10 minutes before even entering the oven. Waited at the stand to make the pizza for 8 minutes while the man working pressed pizza crusts that weren’t even for us. Time to finish order process: 20 minutes. Tables that were closed were still absolutely disgusting.

Kinda gross how the girls that work there have their hair down all over the food. How on earth are they allowed to work without a hair net. The girl on the counter got mad because I asked for a fresh crust instead of taking one off the rack that’s been sitting there for god knows how long with flies just sitting on them.
