Good pizza, if you are looking for a bite to eat before a movie or ice cream. Very convenient location. I am really used to MOD Pizza, so I decided to check out Pieology (same concept), with my boys. They love how they can customize their pizza the way THEY want it, without trying to pick off the veggies. I knocked off a star because I feel the sauce was VERY bland. I’ve never tasted pizza sauce with no flavor. The kids had a lot of different meats, but the only ones that were appealing were the meatball and pepperoni. 100% recommend the finishing pesto drizzle, though.

The pizza was full of small carbon particles on top and was quite annoying to eat Trying to clean the carbon off him. It was delicious but it seems very expensive for what it really was. The restaurant is beautiful and the attention is very good. The lady is very friendly and is bilingual.

Site advertises beer/wine, neither are available there. Also, unable to do a “half-half” style pizza, with different toppings on each half. Found this strange as the pizza is made in front of you to your preferences. Also, both mine and my girlfriend’s stomachs felt sour and upset the morning after eating. Pizza tasted good though ♂️

Typically a great experience here. The pizza is always tasty! I love their sauce especially!! You build your own pizza the way you want with as much as you’d like on it. Love that it’s customizable so you get exactly what you like. Last visit I didn’t have the best customer service but the pizza was still good. Sometimes though the service can taint how you enjoy the food (for me at least) so it wasn’t AS great as it usually is. It’s a little cold inside sometimes. So I opt to eat outside on warmer days. Usually very clean inside though. Parking isn’t the greatest in the area since it’s a shopping center and lots of other food options. Parking lot is typically full. Unless you’re okay with driving around the vicinity for a parking spot, you can go to the parking deck and take a walk.

My 3 year old son has a lot of allergies and was excited to try a pizza at this establishment, especially since the menu states there are gluten-free options and it also mentions a dairy free cheese. Unfortunately, the three employees present today were not able to answer questions about ingredients and allergens (for example, which ingredients contain gluten or dairy). One of the employees tried to call a manager, but could not get in contact with them while we were waiting.

Pizza was decent but due to the lack of training of the staff and the poor service we won’t be coming back. We ordered 2 create your own pizzas but got charged for 3. When telling the staff we got overcharged, there was no one at the store that could refund us for the overcharge item. We were told that they called their manager and the manager was on the way to the store and only the manager could issue the refund. We finished our meal and left the store without getting a refund for the extra charge and even tho the staff took our number to call us back to issue the refund nobody reached out to us. Staff needs better training or at least someone at the store that can issue refunds, make adequate decisions, when their staff mistakenly overcharges people.

Absolute Gem. This place is a wonder situated in North Hills. Visited them for the first time this friday evening alongside my wife. They have several options from custom made to calorie free vegan dough. We got 2 custom made pizza and was so delicious. For the price they are very generous with the toppings. Have it hot and fresh at the place itself to enjoy it fullest. Definitely visiting again!! See the pics below.
