As a Bay Area native this place totally makes me less homesick. But that being said the food is great. The lunch special is a DEAL. I have a 30 min lunch break and it’s perfect for a grab and go lunch. Miles the young man who works there seems to always be there and is so kind. Definitely go check it out!!!!

This place used to be so dang good. We loved Pier 49 but now there’s just nothing special about it. Dry, flavorless chicken, boring crust that’s not anything special in taste or texture, and the employees seemed like they might’ve been Mennonite or Polygamists that seemed uncomfortable interacting with customers. Backing away a few steps and not speaking when a customer enters is an odd greeting in the food industry.

The pizza is clearly not worth the price, but it is better than little Caesars or store bought. The restaurant itself had a bunch of huge fans blowing in the seating area. It is also the only location in Utah which doesn’t have online ordering capability.

Arrived at 6:40 pm and waited almost an hour for our pizza. After my 2nd trip to the counter to figure out what was taking so long, the person behind the counter was pulling our pizza out of a to go box. It was room temperature. Apparently had been sitting awhile. We ordered a 1/2 Alcatraz 1/2 Golden Gate. Can you even tell the difference? One is vegetable the other is a combination. They did make us a new pizza with the correct toppings. However it was still lacking in flavor – actually not that good at all.

This is a great variation of a go to for food, what sets it apart (and this is a very niche reason) is the beverage quality. More and more places are cutting back when it comes to this area of the industry lately, but the quality of the water and the syrup ratios do make a difference when it comes to sit down or fast food dining. Thank you Pier 49 for not only feeding my family but providing great beverages as well.

We ordered the 16″ Trolley. Tasty pizza, crispy crust, flavorful sauce.

Nope, 1 large Hawaiian and 1 med gluten free bbq chicken and cheesy bread for over 60 bucks … Told us to pick up in 20 to 25 mins, picked up and it was just warm and crust was doughy

Omg the pizza is amazing. And the prices were very affordable. A little dated for the atmosphere but still enjoyed
