Open, bright, fun atmosphere with an incredible staff. I had high expectations coming here and they surpassed those expectations. Dayna was our server. He’s so friendly.

We wanted to get some seafood but not go to Red Lobster. This place is in the old Sizzler building in Orem west of the University Mall. We had their calamari appetizer (they were chewy), Fried Combo basket which the flounder and catfish were good, and the shrimp and sausage ettifie. It was not that spicy until you ate more of it. They had a special going that if you spent $50 you could get a half pound of crab legs for $1 so we took advantage of that. They have Pepsi products but the waitress mad us flavored lemonade. I had peach and blackberry and my wife had the mango. Both were good but I liked mine better. We will go back.

Really fun atmosphere with delicious food! Great experience for a group. We got the family combo A with the house special sauce. Everything was so fantastic and flavorful. We will definitely be back soon! ♥️

The environment is clean and everything looks great, the service was friendly and the server was attentive. However if you’re going for food I would say kickin sea food is definitely better. The food tasted plain and like it really needed seasoning, not good but not horrible. The menu is really overpriced and they charge extra for everything. Only plus I see here that’s not at kickin seafood is the bar and alcoholic beverages. However I’d say based on the food you’re better off going elsewhere for your moneys worth.

Great seafood place, everything we ordered came out quick and hot, our waitress was awesome and on top of things and the portions of everything were generous for the price. We ordered the hush puppies, crabmeat rolls with cajun fries, sweet potato fries, and beignets for dessert. The hush puppies were great, hot right from the fryer. Both fries were great and no complains there, they come out with a fry sauce so if you want ketchup you will want to ask the waiter to bring some over. The beignets were awesome, covered in powdered sugar and came with a strawberry sauce and hersheys chocolate sauce to dip them in, they were hot as well right from the fryer. Our only complaint unfortunately was with the crabmeat rolls themselves, they were OK but nothing to write home about. You could tell either the meat was pre-packaged or prepared earlier in the day, it was a little dry and kind of flavorless, which was disappointing as everything else we had was great, they come with tomatoes and lettuce at the bottom as well if you weren’t expecting that. I am sure if we got some of the seafood boils it would have been great. We will definitely be back but will pass on the roll next time.

So I just noticed this place opened today so decided to stop by and try it. We got seated but waited 10 min until the waitress came to our table. She came to the table next to us and checked on the 3 tables around us but for some reason decided to not check on us. When the host noticed no one has come to our table i saw him walk to her and then she came over with I believe their manager and he brought plates and forks to help. She took our order and we decided to build our own combo and got black mussels, shrimp , snow crab and garlic butter spicy. We also ordered their beignets. When the food came we tried the beignets first. They were the best beignets I’ve tasted. Loved them! Then we tried the food and the garlic butter spicy was delicious. The food was good but when I cracked open our crab some were empty with no crab meat and the others had little meat. I brought this to the attention of the waitress and she said hold on and then the same manager came over and I told him my concern. He immediately took care of us and re ordered a new 1/2 lb. He was very nice and the reason my lunch meal was saved because he promptly took care of us. Because of that I will be back to try again and update regarding that visit. The only improvements would be for the waitress to be more attentive and be able to answer questions and that the crab have meat. The reordered crab turned out great and their was meat In the crab. I’ll be back with an update!

Tried the Captains Feast and it was fairly good. Reminded me of other seafood places I’ve tried in Mississippi. Service was great and atmosphere was fun! We’ll be back again to try some other menu items!

My son and I wanted some good seafood and this caught our eye. We started with fried calamari. It was overcooked and extremely greasy. We sent it back and they did take it off our check which was nice. We shared the feast…1 pound crab…1 pound crawfish… and 1 pound shrimp. We only got about 8-10 crawfish. Decent size but weird that was a pound. Everything was overcooked. Shrimp were way over. We ate it…… but definitely not the best. They couldn’t mix sauces, but said they could bring one on the side. Didn’t bother to say it would be extra. Pretty good service… fun atmosphere but I hope they figure out the cooking.

Never had cajan food before, but this was a really fun break from tradition. We split the Family Combo A with another couple and had plenty to eat. The house seasoning was perfect for us – a little heat but not too bad. Corn on the cob was better than expected. Potatoes, surprisingly, were a little bland. The rest – shrimp, sausage, lobster, crab legs, black mussels and clams, were all really good. We also had a side of fried pickles, which were a really nice break in taste. We’ll definitely be back!

Unfortunately we did not like it. We always go to kickin seafood but saw this new place just right across the street so we wanted to give it a try! It is so pricey. We paid $13 for half lbs of shrimps, and the taste are not even good! I made boiling crabs sometimes too, so I know the taste. $13 for half lbs and not even include sausage. And the shrimps were not fresh or overly cooked, because they were so hard, it took a lot of efforts to chew them. Also the heads and tails were all separated so felt like the shrimps were not so fresh. Food was disappointing but the atmosphere is good. The inside of the restaurant is very nice with all the decorations and stuff.
