My wife and I were bringing my Mother-in-law there for her birthday, there were 9 of us with two children we know it was a small restaurant and tried to make reservations, but they do not take them, so we went upon arrival, we arrived 3:15pm, and she went in and asked Owner/Chef if they could service our party, we were willing to sit at separate tables or whatever needed to help out. The Chef said yes, just wait until 4:00pm when we open and we will get you seated. At 3:58pm a very rude, waitress/manager came out and told my wife that they would not be accommodating our party. She began to say that she had a walk out, and a party of 6 put her kitchen behind 35 minutes the night before. My wife asked, why did the Chef say they could service our party and now you are saying you can’t? We would have understood if she would have told us sooner but not 2 minutes before we were supposed to be seated. We had been sitting in front of the restaurant for 45 minutes thinking we were getting served. We will never return.

I wish I could leave a review of how the food was but I can’t. Checked in, hour and half wait. Cool, no problem. Leave a phone number. We will call you. Come back not even 45 mins later (after being 2 door down) to check where we are. Get told, we called you 5 times and left several messages (yeah, sure you did). As I try to plead my case (even trying to show them my phone that I had ZERO missed calls) I’m told over and over “you’re off the list, you’re off the list”. DO NOT even bother. Rude, disgusting, lying people.

Myself and 4 other ladies stopped by for dinner while on a girls weekend. The staff was so friendly. We were seated next to the open kitchen. We enjoyed checking out the food as it was finished. The 2 chefs were great to talk with to while we waited. Our food was AMAZING!!!!!! Like hands down some of the best Italian food I have ever had in the states. We all,but one, got the chicken parmigiana because it looked so good! EVERYTHING is made fresh right in front of you, from the hand breaded chicken, fresh handmade (I watched it being made with my 2 eyes) alfredo sauce etc. It was simply perfect. We have decided to make this girls trip and annual thing and Piero’s Pasta House will be our FIRST stop!

Small place but worth any wait. Excellent ravioli and meatballs! Service was great, Alexandria made me feel welcomed. Will definitely return again on my next GOTL trip. New owners have made a gem amongst fair food on the old strip.

Waited 45 minutes and they were well aware I was waiting because I went in to talk to them first only to come out 2 minutes before they open by the rudest person I have ever met to tell me they can not accommodate my party. Gave me some excuse about how a party of 6 held up there kitchen 35 minutes the night before (really not my problem) I have never been treated so badly in my life. Don’t waste your time here not worth it ! I know me and my family will never ever go back there and I will make sure everyone I know will never eat there ever! If you can’t serve people and treat them decently CLOSE!!

We’ve passed this place year after year without going in, and boy were we missing out! It’s not big by any means, but very cozy. The kitchen is out in the open and it”s neat to see all the hard work they put into their dishes.
