Never order the Steak and Eggs (trust me). The owner (the son, not the older man) is disrespectful and condescending to the local community. I have personally witnessed the management treat loyal customers as if they were scamming for a free meal when there was a complaint. The owners are mistreating customers, and they are not even from the community. There are better alternatives close by.

Previously been there and food was good but service was very slow. This evening called in an order and was asked what my order was but never asked for a name or number and never gave me an order number or anything before she disconnected the call, so I assumed she must have taken the information from the caller ID. When my guy went to pick up the order, she behaved as if she had no such order even after he gave her my name and number, so I called in again to see what was going on and she said she hadn’t associated my Caller ID info with my orded but my order was ready so I asked him to return to pick it up. When he got there the order was 9.38 and he wanted to pay the .38 with change and she advised him that she did not want to count the .38 cents in change and said he could come back after going to an ATM. At that point I did not desire to even have the food because of the whole ordeal and the fact that by the time he went to the ATM because a cashier did not desire to count money, the food would be cold and not even worth it. I really don’t understand the service at this place.

I just called to place an order, and a older man answered the phone and went off on me! and told me that they were closed, and for two years they have closed at 8pm, I haven’t been to this place longer than that and remember why now… you will never ever get a dime from me again I really hope this post goes far! I came through the drive thru about 9ish this morning. The Black lady taking my order was rude before I even started my order, had no customer service skills, hostile, angry and was extremely rude to the point I just left and will never frequent this establishment. Her behavior is one of the reasons people don’t spend their money at businesses in black neighborhoods.

I called in to order, and when I arrived at the window for pickup, I was given the wrong order. So I asked for the correct order, but instead I was given my money back and asked to leave… I’m not sure what just happened, but I’m confused, and hungry… The owner said I couldn’t eat there tonight simply because you messed up “my order “? Took too long to get food after order was placed over the phone and lady said it would be 10 min. Actually took 45 min. And ordered wing dings and got home to all drums… Where are the flats?… Always takes too long and and seems like it’s understaffed.
