I’ve lived in Burlington for many years and ordered from them more times than I can count from sheer necessity (very sensitive gluten allergy), but I have never wished more strongly I could have a better option. They have done everything from sending the wrong pizza to double charging me for a pizza (that I never got a refund for despite leaving a message, talking to someone on the phone “while the owner wasn’t in” and emailing), being able to place an order while they were unexpectedly closed, and tonight was just such a frustrating straw on the camels back. Not only do they charge $4.22 for being gluten free, but I paid $21 for a build your own pizza with pesto that had max 2 teaspoons of pesto and otherwise was basically the most expensive cracker I’ve ever bought. At this point I think I’d actually rather risk cross contamination than deal with their unprofessionalism and at best decent but horrifically overpriced food again.

I was so disappointed by my most recent order with Piesanos. We placed an order, and dressing for our salad was not included with what we received. When i called to see what could be done i was told “i don’t know what to tell you, should have been there.” No suggestion to make it right. Honestly i ordered the salad FOR the dressing and this really disappointed me. Additionally there seemed to be a distinct bite out of one of the meatballs in the side we ordered. This is by far not the first time we’ve had issues with this establishment, and i assume they don’t care, but we are done giving them the benefit of the doubt.

The Pizza was alright. It was basic. It tasted good. I had the Buffalo Chicken Pizza. Everyone was friendly. There was only 2 people working though. If you want Pizza In Burlington this is the best choice out of all of them.

wow i’m truly disappointed. i never usually write reviews but this order made it necessary to share. this is my first time ordering from them! 🙁 me and my friend ordered pizza a sandwich, pasta, garlic bread, a cannoli and a cookie…first off the pasta and the cookie were missing!! the cannoli was barely filled. the garlic bread was literally just bread and the bbq chicken sub looked rancid… don’t get food from here 🙁

Would highly not recommend delivery. I placed my order at 8:23 pm and the app I downloaded to do so told me it would arrive at 9:19 at the latest. 9:19 comes, and goes. Probably a busy night, whatever. 9:39 I contact the help line on the app to make sure my pizza is still coming, they don’t immediately respond and then when I chat “hello?” Two minutes later they say, “oh yeah definitely, 5-10 more minutes”. 9:44 comes and goes. 9:49 comes along too, whistling by. 9:54! A phone call! They think they’re here but not really sure, worried about the driveway so gonna walk. She comes strolling up with one glorious (now cold) pizza in hand, no mention of the fact that she’s 30+ minutes late and this pizza is now the saddest part of my day. Gee, thanks.

Pizza is good! I like that I can eat it and not feel like garbage after. I’ve now had two different salads (greek, caesar) here both also really tasty. My only complaint is the cannoli. The filling was hardly sweet at all, disappointing.

Accommodating staff, and quality ingredients used make for quality pizza. I loved my savory veggie slice with extra broccoli. Super-thin, delicious crust. And I appreciated the fact that there was no music playing in the pizzeria (thank you !!!).
