I loved this little hidden gem in fountain oaks. I am from South Alabama and this place brought me back to my hometown roots. The flavor of the pulled chicken sand-which on the Texas toast with the baked beans, and celery was awesome. I smothered it in their BBQ sauce they had at each table and was it a 10/10! I’m very picky about my pulled chicken too!! Y’all should give this place a try. I went for lunch with my fiancé and we ate every bite. 🙂

I like the whole nostalgia feeling & laid back serve yourself atmosphere. The manager and employees were very helpful recommending the best sauces to try with what meats. Pulled pork, green beans and sweet tots were amazing. The staff were extremely friendly. The food came out quickly and was obviously fresh. Will definitely be back the next time I’m in the Atlanta area.

One of the better barbecue places I’ve been. Everything fried was breaded excellently and perfectly golden brown. The meat had an amazing smokey flavor, wasn’t dried out, and was a generous portion. Weirdly my least favorite thing was the BBQ sauce, but I just don’t care for my BBQ sauce to be so vinagery. Will be back again.

I work at the Anytime Fitness gym upstairs. This restaurant is clutch! Food is delicious. Service is quick and especially TACO TUESDAYS!!!! I only wish they offered tacos on other days but that is part of what males them special. Oh and don’t forget about the ALL YOU CAN EAT wings on Monday. And I don’t even have to talk about the BBQ. That is what they are known for. Give them a shot! You won’t regret it. They even do tailgating with a live band sometimes.

I’m a proud vegetarian but I used to be a proud meat eater, and I still love the sides that come with meat dishes. So I go into this place with a co worker. He orders his kill and I order my sides. $14!? I ask the portion size. Basically 1/2 scoop of a cooking spoon. 3 sides for $14!??? THATS A RIP OFF and they should be arrested for doing it. O told the person that they must be crazy to charge that amount for 3 sides. I walked out and went next door and got a smoothie bowel for $10 bucks. It was taster, more healthy and better for my body and soul. Word to the vegetarians, AVOID THIS PLACE!! They hate us vegetarians.

Pig N Chik has some of the best BBQ I’ve ever tasted! Their taco Tuesday’s and lemon pepper wings have made me a loyal customer. Not even to mention the best managers, Pako & Yesenia. They make sure I’m taken care of every visit. 10/10 service, food, and atmosphere.
