This has to be the best local BBQ place around. I’ve been ordering for pickup from here at least twice a month but this evening my family came to celebrate my son’s birthday. He loves their food so much, I offered to take him anywhere but he wanted to go here. We ordered 3, 3 meat specials, and 2 of their banana towers. The meat is cooked to perfection and those banana towers are exquisite. It’s a small place that offers perfection at a reasonable price. Only thing that would make this place better is if it offered margaritas, their drink selection is ok, but I mean Margaritas…. 🙂

Came in for Father’s Day BBQ dinner. Wanted to try something new and I came away very impressed. The baby back ribs were the best I’ve had in SoCal. Very good size, plenty of meat, perfect rub, two choices of sauce. BBQ beans were spicy and very flavorful. Cornbread was great too.

Great food as it seems like the cook is the same one before the restaurant name was changed. Service was extremely slow as those was only 1 hostess/waitress/bus person cleaning up the tables. Yes 1 person doing everything…

If it was only about the food, I give them 6 stars. But the waitress was slow, unengaging, and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Decor is lacking and cleaning supplies in hallway to a less than clean bathroom is not pleasing for your dining experience. I will go again. Probably take out.

Don’t get me wrong – the meat was good, it’s meat – the brisket sandwich was bangin. Although the meat wasn’t really seasoned well it’s still yummy due to the fact that the sauce makes up for it – the terrible downside is that this is the second time I’ve gotten diarrhea from this place
