First time eating here. The shoulder sandwich was good. There was enough meat to sauce ratio. As for the sides, I paid 5.00 for a small cup of dry macaroni and 6.00 for the cheesy baked potato… the cheese wasn’t even a shredded cheese. It was like a fake nacho cheese. And the potato was still slightly hard.

First Timers: The food tastes great. Ribs was tender falling off bone. Pull pork nice and tender. The baloney could have been cooked a little longer for a burnt crispy taste but it was still good. The bake beans was tasty I added some of my pull pork to it and it hit just right after that. To the cook and staff: Good job keep up the great service.

Here at lunchtime today. Only customer in the restaurant….that should have warned me off. Ordered the pork & beef platter. Pork came out pink and wet with no taste. The beef was supposed to be brisket, but it was more like a pot roast…very moist and tasteless. Waitress didn’t seem worried…..said she was sorry I didn’t like it as I walked out the door, leaving most of my platter uneaten.

Such a CUTE little place. I absolutely loved the atmosphere. The World’s Famous Idaho was DELICIOUS. The Hot Cobbler was perfect too! Definitely recommend 10/10.

This place is off the beaten path. It’s built in an old general store, which makes it a very cool atmosphere. It’s a really cool building. The food is good. I had the ribs and catfish. Both are good. The “muddy” style ribs are very good – both the sauce and the dry rub. Hushpuppies are very good. The service was good.

I’d never been here before, but I’ll certainly be back! We were the first customers of the day, and we were very well taken care of. Our food was delivered hot and delicious, and we wanted for nothing. It was kind of fun to have the place to ourselves for a little while before the lunch crowd moseyed in. Great service and great food equal several more visits again!
