We ordered a Texas burger, Miss Piggy burger, and animal tots. Everything was delicious. The burgers were supposedly 1/2 lb patties, but they had to be closer to 3/4!

It’s about 12 miles out of the way if you’re traveling on I-84, and it is absolutely worth it. Albion is a cute little “ghost” town in the middle of nowhere, Some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had in my life. The hog sauce goes great on any meat or fries. The BBQ sauce and meats have the perfect amount of smokiness in their flavor, and the devil’s spit sauce has great flavor with a kick that is perfect for the flavor but not at all overwhelming. They have a very unique and broad menu, and I can’t wait to come again and try their burgers. I will probably make it a point to stop here every time I’m passing through during open hours going forward.

We are so grateful for Piggy Sue BBQ for catering our weekend event. Cheyanne was so accommodating for our large group. Each meal was delicious! We couldn’t stop talking about how yummy the food was. We highly recommend Piggy Sue BBQ!

Stopped here after City of Rocks! Everyone was well satisfied with lunch. It’s a food truck and umbrella seating is limited. I ordered the nachos and enjoyed them. Portions are huge!

I would of given them 2 stars but her sauce was amazing (I even bought a giant bottle of it to bring home). So the brisket was I don’t know how many days old and was super sad how much I paid for a dried reheated brisket. The fat cap was not able to be pulled off. This shows the meat was cooked to quickly at too hot of a temp. The brisket had good seasoning and her fries are good. So I would say maybe get some fries and some sauce.

Stopped here on a bicycle trip from SLC to the Pacific Northwest while riding through Idaho. The food is fantastic and the people who work here are super friendly. Highly recommended, go out if your way to stop here.
