Pignett’s Waco is located in a lovely space in the Phoenix building on 3rd Street. It’s a great place to celebrate anniversaries or birthdays. We just wanted to go see how it was! Our server Hannah was sweet. They were having a Christmas in July sale on their gift cards, spend 100.00, get an extra 20.00 or spend 50.00 get an extra 10.00. So we purchased a 100.00 gift card. Then we were able to use that card for our meal, plus the extra 20.00 for later! Just check your tickets to make sure no extra credit card fee of 3% is charged if you use your Debit card or the Gift card!! Let them know ahead of time too. Food was good. I had Mushroom Ravioli and hubby had Lasagna. Both rich and yummy. Salad and bread are extra so it’s hard to break up the rich flavor with something else if not ordered. Our bar drinks were strong! I had a Bellini which I wasn’t fond of. Lemoncello cake was fantastic. Coffee wasn’t very good and was cool. Overall we recommend!

Location in Phoenix Bldg off 3rd St. Downtown Waco. A beautifully decorated, with dark woods, center located bar area, and long booths and tables. Great service. We visited on Mother’s Day, and had Mimosas, Bloody Mary, and Bellini. All very good. Opted to share the Italian Avocado Toast, and was very good. Lasagna, Waffles, Egg Benedict all good choices. Only dish that was not, Quiche. It was congealed, and no eggs. Just spinach and mushrooms. I will be back, just will not order it again.

Loved the atmosphere and the service given to us. Food could have been a smidge better, but it is nothing to scoff at.

Great service, food, and drinks! The special was pork belly ragu with pappardelle pasta was amazing. I make my own pasta and this was top notch. The lasagna with wagyu beef is some of the best lasagna. They made an amazing Italian margarita and the watermelon drink special was on the spot. The waitress was attentive, friendly, and helpful when it came to ordering.

This has got to be one of the most delicious, most friendly and most chic Italian places from San Antonio to Dallas! Who knew Waco was home to such a great restaurant? The owners came out and visited with us, the waiter and bartender both were exceptional, and the food was so good. The mushroom ravioli should definitely be ordered…same for the polenta sticks. The house wine was absolutely not your typical Chardonnay. Way better than Sami’s (Austin) house for sure. Now, we have a spot to meet up with family along I35 half way between Dallas and ATX. And, we can’t wait to do so! Thank you Pignetti’s for the perfect night celebrating our son’s graduation. You totally blew us away!!

Came here with my husband for dinner one night and we were very excited to try it, but unfortunately it was not as good as we had hoped. The three stars are for the lovely staff, quick service, and fair prices.

The food was very good. We had the meatball apitizer. The sauce was amazing, but I didn’t really care for the wagu meatballs

Food and service were decent. Both the quality somewhere between a Cheddars and a Saltgrass Steakhouse. The drinks were good and staff was friendly. The atmosphere is nice, similar to many restaurants in refurbished buildings in downtown Waco. However, at the price point, go to Diamondbacks, 135 Prime, DiCamplis, or 1424. It was really disappointing after seeing their commercials from Temple for years and looking forward to another higher-end choice in Waco. Took half our food home for the kids to eat as it was simply chain quality. Our waitress kindly boxed our food for us. Attached is a photo which easily demonstrates the overall experience, leftovers of a $200 meal for two packaged in what you get at a $20 food truck.
