Yummy brunch spot in the heart of Covington. This menu is built for the American Midwest family, not too fancy and limited like other brunch spots in the area. Went towards the end of closing time and they got us in and out within 45 minutes. Will be coming back to this gem!

Great breakfast! They are new so it was not very busy, so don’t let that deter you. We got the hash and the biscuits and gravy.

Great coffee!! I had the biscuit bowl – a slight modernization of biscuits and sausage gravy with an egg topped with green onions. It was delicious! Met with an ice cold carafe of water on this hot day which was much appreciated! Very clean and friendly staff! A real gem!

Happened upon this hidden gem after striking out at other brunch spots in the area, and so glad we did!! Delicious food (highly recommend the Derby Brown, their modern take on a Hot Brown — arguably better than the Brown Hotel’s original), and a great cocktail menu, including some fantastic Bloody Marys. Staff is friendly & attentive, and the interior is laid-back, modern and impeccably clean. We’ll definitely be back soon and often!

I took my mother for breakfast and she like country food and I like for contemporary flare.

My partner and I went to Cedar and saw that it was closed for some updates. Womp womp. The dudes inside saw our despair and recommended we head over to Pike Street, and we’re very glad we did! The Bloody Marys were tasty, and I had the best fried fish sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. The staff were super friendly, too. Highly recommend!

Great atmosphere! The decor and renovation of this space are really done well. The menu is simple but still interesting, which made decision making easy. I had the omelette and a side of goetta, which were all good. My only suggestion for improvement on the beverages is the coffee-it didn’t taste great, and I would have preferred fresh cream/half and half instead of the shelf stable pods that leave milk solids in the cup. Other than that, I left with a good impression.
